We had a large group plus dogs and this unit was perfect for us. It was literally a short walk to the bustle of activity and the falls, a grassy area across the street for the dogs, and fairly quiet despite being just off a main thoroughfare. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed. The futon bed was not comfortable for an (large) adult but it did the job. The twin bed in the master bedroom was a flip fold foam chair/bed and was comfortable for an (small) adult. The kitchen had plenty of appliances but you cannot run the coffer & microwave at the same time (we flipped a breaker). The deck was nice but a lot of mulberries were falling from the tree. The hall bathroom had a nice shower-good great pressure! The laundry room was easy to use. The only real downfall was the entrance smelled of urine, whether from outside or inside I’m not sure, but we just didn’t linger in the stairwell any longer than necessary. The lock on the downstairs door was also finicky but easy once you got used to it-push the star key to clear it then put your code in. We were only able to park 2 cars in the driveway, the 3rd we parked in a public pay lot (30/24hours). would definitely stay again if in the area. Andy was a great host who responded quickly when we had questions.
