Fun place in the Bywater

We had a great stay at the pink palace. A group of 10 of us were in NOLA for a wedding and we loved our stay. Some great local restaurants nearby but also short Uber to the French quarter/Bourbon street. Loved the decor in this place- highly recommend!

Perfect Stay for Exploring NOLA

Would highly recommend this rental for any group looking to explore New Orleans any time of year. Very spacious yet cozy and the decor/location were great for photos! Loved all the restaurant recommendations provided. Felt very safe and the hosts addresses all concerns and questions. 10/10

Bee’s Bachelorette Party

We Hosted our best friend’s bachelorette party of. 10 people here, IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY💃💃💃 House is beautifully designed and spacious. The house had everything you could imagine you may need. The house was clean, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Also, there’s a huge parking lot across the street with security and cameras. Stay Here, You won’t regret it💃💃💃❤️🐝🐝🐝

Came a few days prior to Mardi Gras. Place sleeps 10 but we wound up with only 7. Great for entertaining and just hanging out. Close to Alma, Elizabeth’s and Bywater Bakery, a couple of neighborhood gems Plentiful parking. Wonderfully quiet location. Lightning knocked out power which triggered alarm. Property manager took care of it promptly. Would definitely stay in the Pink Palace again.

The Pink Palace!!!!

House was everything described plus more! The design is mwah….chefs kiss. I’ve never been in a Vrbo that was stocked on everything. You wanted for nothing. The Pink Palace definitely gets attention. The neighborhood is very quiet to be busy. Food, park, electric bikes, and popsicles all a block away. The only downside is the walk to bourbon is a little far but it is a straight shot. But thats it! The house was perfect in every way!! My group all decided we have to rent this house again!!!! It accommodates everyone! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Awesome wheelchair friendly place!

A group of five friends from all over the country convened in NOLA to celebrate a special birthday. One of our party uses a wheelchair and this place worked pretty well for her. The rest of us also enjoyed it with the pool table, the comfortable bedrooms, and the excellent kitchen. We did have to ask for help from the hosts right off the bat because there was unexpected height to the threshold at the front door that the wheelchair couldn't go over. The hosts were immediately responsive and put in a threshold plate that worked to mitigate the height. We were very appreciative. It's also a wonderful location with lots of fun stuff to do in the neighborhood (Bywater) and quite close to many other wonderful NOLA neighborhoods. I would definitely go back to the Pink Palace even if I wasn't traveling with a wheelchair user! Thank you!

The Pink Palace is Bywater PERFECTION!

As a real estate agent with an eye for stylish spaces, this gorgeous Bywater property checked all my boxes and then some! From indoor entertaining must-haves like a pool table and well-appointed bar, it delivered on ambiance and for unwinding after hitting New Orleans's nightlife scene. The chic and open floor plan flawlessly brought the party from the kitchen to the living room. When we were ready to explore the New Orleans nightlife it was just steps outside. My favorite bars were not far away! From dive bar romps to craft cocktail lounges, the hardest part was choosing where to start. Plus, the French Quarter was only a 10 minute walk away. This plugged-in pad truly let my friends and I make the most of the Big Easy by bypassing Uber rides. No wonder I'm already planning my next staycation at this exquisite example of Southern hospitality and charm!

Perfect Bachelor Pad in the Heart of New Orleans Nightlife

As a single guy traveling to New Orleans for work, I wanted to make sure my accommodations were centrally located to fully experience the nightlife after business hours. This Bywater rental did not disappoint! The location allowed me to easily explore many of Nola's famous neighborhoods and sample the lively, local nightlife and dining scenes. The spacious floor plan was the perfect setup for me and several coworkers to meet and have a few drinks before heading out. With five bedrooms, there was plenty of room to get ready. The furnishings were upscale, festive and modern, which made it feel like an exclusive, authentic NOLA experience. The host was also very responsive and provided some great tips on local hot spots. I highly recommend this bachelor-style property for any guy's trip or solo nightlife travelers . Convenience, stylish ambiance, and location location location all make this a 5-star spot I'd rebook in a heartbeat. Bourbon Street and Molly's at the Market, here I come!

Great location and one of a kind stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at this charming 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Bywater property with our family. The spacious property easily sleeps 10 people comfortably. Plus, the location was ideal! Just a mile walk or bike ride over to the French Quarter. We were close enough to enjoy everything the Quarter offers, but far enough away that the neighborhood was peaceful when we were ready for some downtime. The space itself was gorgeous - hand painted murals, modern finishes, and well furnished. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and the dining table and island were perfect for eating together. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and each decorated with a funky, artistic flair. With an entertainment area, bar, and pool table, there were plenty of perks to use when we were not out bouncing around town. The hosts were very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions we had, and offered us some great recommendations for restaurants and bars. Staying in this beautiful historic Bywater property was the perfect way for our large group to experience New Orleans. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to book this place. The space was clean, well decorated, and spacious enough to accommodate large groups. If you're looking for an authentic New Orleans experience, look no further. We highly recommend this property!
