They are liar. I responded them on the every time. Why they didn't report when they are here? After stay 3 days, and they wanted free? They asked me toilet paper and I gave them on time. They asked new bed sheet and I gave them a brand new bed sheet on the first day. If vrbo refund them, I will definitely stop list on vrbo because they are a totally liar. It's unacceptable. I will never list on vrbo because the VRBO can not protect the owner from fraud guests. This will damage the whole housing rental market. I will only accept the guests by cash in the future if the VRBO make unfair decisions. You can check our communication and I responded them every thing. I had a pick up call at around 12am to give them the instructions how to open the entry door. And gave them a brand new bed sheet and a toilet paper as required. Just totally liars because they should report the issue on the day one when then check in not after check out and just looking for any excuses to charge back. It's unacceptable and totally a liar. I am think that I will stop all my lists if VRBO can not protect our owner from these bad fraud guests. I don't provide a free parking on my list but I gave them a free parking when they checked in. They should report the issue on the first day and not check in if they are not happy with my room. They can look for another place but they stayed here 4 days and get a free parking and then just make a fraud cliam to charge back. Do you think it's fair ? They made too loud music every afternoon when they are here but I didn't report the issue to VRBO. Very bad fraud guests!!! It's totally a lair and unacceptable.
