Cozy Condo with Lake Views & Spectacular Sunsets in Gated Community

Looking to stay in the Fort Myers area but want more than just a hotel? Whether you are looking to tour the area, sit on the beach, or just stay-cation at the community pool/hot tub, this is for you.

This newly renovated condo is located just a three miles from Fort Myers Beach, or just a short drive to the bridge for Sanibel/Captiva. You will be just minutes away from the white-sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to four (4) guests with a king in the master and two twins in the spare.. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with stunning views of the community lake and the sunset, and amazing amenities (community pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce, clubhouse with ping pong and pool and more).

Time Frame for Bookings:
The association requires documents to be completed and process prior to your arrival. Therefore, no last minute bookings. You must book at least 15-days prior to your first day and complete the items in the description below before your arrival.

Although there is a 30-day minimum stay as per our association rules, your booking for the month will be less than your week at a hotel! You will be required to pay for the full month but may arrive/leave anytime within the 30-day period. Therefore, if you plan on arriving on Saturday, start your 30-day period a couple days earlier. Then, you don't have to worry about your check-in time. When you are ready to leave, you don't need to worry about check-out time. There will be no sub-letting during that 30-day period. Only those named in the agreement are permitted to stay in the residence during the 30-day time frame.

Description of Fees:
Our association requires background check and signed copy of association by-laws as part of the rental process. Once you are booked, you will receive documents to review, complete and sign. You then need to send the documents and a check made payable to the association for a background check ($75 pp) and rental agreement ($100). There is also a one-time $175 fee for cleaning service that will come in upon your checkout.

We ask that you throw garbage in the dumpster prior to leaving and strip the sheets on the beds that were slept in only placing them on top of the bed. Any perishable food must be disposed of prior to your departure.
