You'll be a matter of steps from the lifts at Killington Resort, the golf course, and fantastic amenities at this Trail Creek escape, a lofty, cabin-like condo at the base of the ski area. The location simply can't be beat, with the beginner-level Trail Creek Trail stopping at the base of the stairs.

This second-floor condo (with no noise above) is a retreat for all seasons, with the Snowshed Lodge ski lifts, the Killington Golf Course, and the Killington Adventure Center all within a quarter-mile. The Trail Creek Amenities Building sits directly across the way, offering an indoor pool and spa, a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and a rec room with a pool table and arcade games. In the immediate area, you'll find a number of great restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots.

The condo is full of mountain ambience, with its forest views and details of wood and stone. After a day of world-class skiing, come home to toast your toes by the wood-burning fireplace, pile on the sofa and armchairs, and find a favorite movie to watch on cable.

The summer months are for morning coffee on the balcony, days spent hiking and mountain biking, and evenings of preparing homemade meals in the updated kitchen. Enjoy cable TVs in the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer for your gear, and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
