Enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer from your home base in this spacious Zephyr Cove Spacious studio Unit with a King bed and a Bunk bed with a King at the top and bottom. Three King beds. Only 3 miles to Stateline, 5.5 miles to heavenly, one mile to Zephyr Cove beach day use area, across from Zephyr Point, and 21 miles from Incline Village this location is central to everything. This unit is located right off the 395, there can be some road noise.

This Studio unit comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request. High speed WiFi, fully furnished, just bring your close and enjoy one of the most beautiful lake/mountain areas in the world! Located conveniently right off Highway 50 resulting in some road noise, please make right turns only when exiting and exercise caution when turning onto highway 50.

In Tahoe, there is a possibility of hazardous road conditions in the winter and air quality issues in the summer due to fires, if either of these are a concern for you please obtain travel insurance. The owner depends on the income to sustain this property and it is not sustainable if the cancellation policy is not honored by guests. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. You will receive details on travel insurance or you can look into it prior to booking, many guests have used Rental Guardian.

During the winter please come prepared for snow and ice conditions, we recommend winter tools including but not limited to chains, ice scrapers, a shovel, and a winter emergency kit is recommended in case you and your vehicle get stranded.

The unit is located right off of Lake Tahoe Blvd (Lincoln Highway 50) so there is some road noise, if you are sound sensitive this may not be the right unit for you.

FIREWORKS POLICY

The use of fireworks on or near the property is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, a $1,000 fine from the house, and any applicable local fines or penalties. If you are found lighting fireworks, we will fully cooperate with local law enforcement.

very comfortable with a party of six

The children loved the bunk bed area and we felt very comfortable with a party of six. The car noises outside was a non-issue at night because not that many cars were going by. Host very friendly and responsive!!

Favorite place to stay

This was my favorite place to stay at in Lake Tahoe! It was baby friendly and our kids loved staying here!! The host was so sweet, they even brought us a treat the next morning! This cabin felt like a home away from home and all the amenities were available for us to use. The kids loved the bunk experience the host provided as well as the donuts! We wanted to say thank you for everything and if we ever need another cabin to stay, we will definitely book here again! :)

Fully equipped with all the things needed

This was our first family of 7 (3 kids under 10 years old and 2 fur babies) trip and this was the perfect place for us! The kids LOVED the bunk beds, had their own little spots with their own tvs and space. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the things needed to have our meals. All the appliances were top quality and easy to use and clean. Upon arrival, the place was very clean! There were little decorated towel animals on each bed and even the bathroom was nicely decorated with ample toiletries. We're so glad we found this place. We promised the kids we'll be back for our next adventure in Zephyr Cove!

Perfect stay for my family

This stay was perfect for my family of four!! Our kiddos LOVED the bunk beds. They were perfect and so comfy for all of us! The stay is just like photos with great hostess that responded quickly anytime we had a question. Thank you for sharing your great place with us!! We have it marked on our favorites for next time!!

Close location to Lake Tahoe

The location is very close to Lake Tahoe which was great! There was no AC which was a bit uncomfortable since the place did get quite warm. The outdoor area was available, and it would have been helpful to have tables and chairs out there. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay :)

Clean, convenient, easy to check in

Good stay, the house was as described. Clean, convenient, easy to check in. The kids loved the bunk beds. Even though it was a studio it felt like the kids had their own space. There isn't anything walkable from the house, which was kind of a bummer, and it was on a pretty busy road. Other than that it was great, easy to drive to lots of beaches, hikes, and places to eat.

Clean and well equipped

The apartment was clean, well equipped and as described in the photos. Conveniently located by car to Nevada Beach . The apartment is on a main road & the road traffic can be noisy but this was mentioned in the particulars. The only reason we didn't rate it a 5 star is because there was nowhere to eat or drink in safe walking distance from the apartment. However, plenty of cooking facilities within the apartment.

Everything was great

Everything was great, but us Texans need some AC! Was one thing I missed while booking. They had plenty of fans but us hot natured people needed a little more. Other than that it was incredible! 10/10 recommend!

It is close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds are super cool they have TV for each space. The place was clean and smelled great. It is close to everything. The street noise that others complained about was not an issue. Slept like a baby. The room stays dark like a hotel. I would stay again.

Place was very comfortable

We stayed in mid June & the place was very comfortable. Entry is keyless (code provided after payment). It has a studio apt. type vibe. Two of the sleeping areas have curtains that create privacy. My husband & I agreed the mattresses were a lot more comfortable than the bed we used (bed in the open area), however we still had a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully stocked, if you plan on cooking or eating in. A new napkin roll & sponge were provided for our use. The entire place was very clean & smelled good. There were no unpleasant smells like other locations that tend to use harsh smelling cleaners. The white towels did have a faint scent of chlorine but not overwhelming, which indicates they had been washed. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. Overall, the place was a good stay. We brought our 3lb Yorkie along for the trip (reasonable fee). We were greatful for the pet accommodation. Like others mentioned, there is limited space for him to go potty but not a big issue.

Great use of spaces

Great use of spaces. We loved that there is large bunk beds. Very roomy for a family. The noise from the road was kind of loud and neighbors upstair with kids didnt help either. Overall our stay was very comfortable.

Perfect place for my family

We enjoyed staying here! It was a great location to get to Zephyr Cove, which was our favorite place to swim. We enjoyed being close to downtown South Tahoe. The struggle for us was the location right off the highway. It was difficult to park and pull out of the spot. The place itself was perfect for my family of 4 and my kids loved the bunk beds! Thank you to our hosts for being responsive and friendly! We loved Lake Tahoe!

Well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at Shevy's accommodation. It was ideally suited for our family of four. The children particularly enjoyed the bunk beds, each equipped with its own television. I personally appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the essential coffee maker, which was crucial for my morning routine. The thoughtful inclusion of amenities such as Q-tips and makeup remover wipes was a delightful detail. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable and homely atmosphere. My husband found the abundance of extra towels and the availability of laundry facilities to be highly convenient. While the property is situated near a highway, this aspect did not detract from our positive experience.

Great family studio close to town!

We loved our stay, it was the perfect size for our family of 4 with the cozy king sized bunk beds. The kitchen and amenities were up to date! The location was great, close enough to slt but still a remote feel a little down the way in zephyr cove! We would definitely stay here again and hope to return!

Amazing stay!

While this unit might be on the smaller side at first glance it certainly doesn’t feel it once you are inside. It was only the 2 of us this trip but we could have comfortably fit two more couples with all the sleeping space and still had privacy. We had everything we could need or want and kept telling ourselves “we could live here” will definitely be back next year
