2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo: This is an interior condo at about 1050 SQFT and has a large patio with entrances form the master bedroom and the living area. The master has a large walk-in shower and double sinks, the guest bath has a bath shower combo, and both baths granite counters. Split bedroom floor plan for added privacy. Kitchen has large serving/snack bar, ample cabinets and pantry, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. Living/dining combo gives allow for easy access and entertaining.​

POINTE WEST RESORT

We are pleased to share that Pointe West Beach Club has gone through a real extensive face lift. The club has been restored to the original sunny yellow color, refurbished pool deck area, and enhancements to the restaurant and bar. They have also engaged a new top notch restaurant and bar manager that is getting great reviews. Live music has been planned for some weekends at poolside.
The highly sought after Pointe West Resort is a 1000 acre resort located on the picturesque and serene most western tip of Galveston Island near the San Luis Pass. The 3 1/2 mile resort offers a unique part of the island that allows for simultaneous views of both Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from every condo so you can watch the sunrise and set without leaving your condo. Take a scenic tour and easily travel in the underground tunnel to access the beach or bay. There are lakes and lagoons to enjoy the lighted fountains, fishing, kayaking, crabbing, or just to view as you walk, bike, or cruise in your golf cart on the miles of paved pathways surrounding the community. Charcoals grills are conveniently placed throughout the community for your convenience.

Beachside
The Beach Club Villas and Ocean Club Villas are located on the beachside of the resort. Dramatic views of the beach will be a delight as you watch the brilliant sunrise and moon light shining on the surf. Be amazed by the playful antics of kite surfers and hang gliders. Take a stroll and rest in the shade at the Pavilion it is also a great site for a photo shoot.
The Beach Club is a spectacular 8000 SQFT club with 20,000 SQFT of sun decks and offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico with several dune walkovers over 3 miles of a beautifully maintained beach.
An Infinity Edge Pool that looks like it flows right into the beach actually overflows into a Childs Pool and play area. Sit back and relax with pulsating jets in the hot tub. There are plenty of tables, chairs, and chaises poolside to enjoy all the activity. Work out in the Beach Front Fitness Center with separate men and ladies locker rooms. There is also free WIFI offered at poolside so you can stay connected. An air conditioned glass front Game Room overlooking the pool offers the younger group a place to chill out and play a few games or watch TV. An adult lounging area is located on 2nd floor just down from the beach bar. The Gift Shop at poolside is open for snacks, drinks, souvenirs, beach gear and apparel. Two grilling areas with gas grills are located right at poolside so you can prepare your favorite BBQ.

Bayside
Bay Water Villas are located on the bay side oasis overlooking Galveston Bay. There is much to do but without a doubt the claim to fame are the Breathtaking Sunsets that are seen from the deck of every condo. Early in the morning and at dusk you will see a plethora of resident island and migrating birds that are abundant in this natural part of the island, so don't forget your binoculars and camera. The avid fishermen wading in the bay is a common site as this is one of the best fishing spots on the island. You can even stop and get a work out on the outdoor exercise trail.
The Sunset Beach Pool is a beach entry pool that is ideal for young children to gradually enter the pool without stairs and also allows for deck chairs to placed right in the pool. There is also an area under the shade of the palm trees for toddlers to play. Grab a tube and cascade in the lazy river pool as it winds between the tropical palm trees. Relax in the raised hot tub in this serene tropical paradise.
Gather with friends and family or meet some new friends to watch the sunset at the 2 story lanai or just lounge and enjoy your favorite drink or a casual meal. A grilling area with a gas grill is available for you prepare a BBQ dinner in this picturesque setting. There is also free WIFI offered at poolside so you can stay connected.

Amenities are available at the discretion of the resort or property. A usage fee may be required for you and/or your guests. There are no representations, guaranties, warranties, or liabilities assumed as it pertains to any of the amenities offered by the resorts or subdivisions of the rental properties. Effective 3/1/15 the Pointe West Resort will collect a resort usage fee of $15 per person for all over the age of 4 years. This fee and any other resort operations are subject to change.
