Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 weeks up on Utah Mountain at this property. The interior had been freshly repainted and the property was well equipped and reflected the photos and narrative on the listing. I definitely would consider renting this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the views are beautiful. Great location and close to Maggie Valley and Waynesville. It is a long and winding up hill drive to the house, so just plan ahead.

The cabin was clean and cozy with a nice view. We appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. The highlight of our stay was sitting on the back porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view and the sounds of all the birds. If we stayed here again, we would bring our own bedding, paper towels, and toilet paper with us.

Nice views, comfortable and convenient to Waynesville. Close to Cataloochee Valley and Purchase Knob for hiking.

Beautiful

This place was nothing short of amazing, very well stocked in the kitchen. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The view from the back deck was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing Views are true!

We enjoyed an excellent 3 night stay and highly recommend this home. It was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, bed and linens comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. The views are AMAZING…from the back porch, hot tub and just sitting in the comfy recliners watching the sunrise. We will defiantly be back.

Great place to relax!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view on the porch was incredible every morning of our stay.

Great mountain vacation!

The house was as described. We brought our own essentials but they were already supplied and in good quantity. Views were amazing, house was clean and comfortable, everything was easy to find and use. Will definitely book again next year.

Stunning Property

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the property was very beautiful, similar to the picture. The only issues we came upon was the water pressure being inconsistent, some of the lights did not work, and there were animals hairs on the rugs which triggered some of our allergies.

I'm so sorry about those few inconsistencies. We did have our handyman change the water filter to the house to fix the low pressure as well as the light. We also let our cleaner know about the hairs on the rug. We want all guests to know that if there is anything they see when they check-in to let us know right away so we can send someone take care of it :) Thank you for staying with Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes, Monique!

Beautiful view

We stayed here to work from home for the week to enjoy the views, chill in the hot tub, and do some hiking in our down time. It checked all of those boxes. It's a solid 10-15 minute drive straight up the mountain, but it isn't too bad when warm out. The view from the patio is to die for and made waking up everyday a joy. Would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Time in the Mountains

Everything was great from the time we arrived until the time of our departure. The house was clean and comfortable, including a beautiful view of the valley below Utah Mountain. Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes who manage the property were great and made sure our stay went off without a hitch. They were helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and plan to return in the future.

Mountain Weekend

Lovely getaway to this beautiful house! It is a long drive up the mountain but the view was awesome. The space was just what we required and we utilized the kitchen a bit. We would have brought cooking oil and kitchen towels to aid us but otherwise had everything we needed. Recommend!!

Amazing View

Beautiful sunrise view, comfortable beds, great location. The home needed a better cleaning. Floors had dog hair and I swept up the best I could. It would be good to add a small hand vac. Other than that everything was great.

Fantastic!

We spent a wonderful week with family during Christmas and it was amazing! The journey up the mountain, though nearly 3 miles, was an adventure in itself, leading us to breathtaking views. Each morning, we were greeted by the most spectacular sunrises. We were able to spend time in Waynesville and Maggie Valley, went skiing, visited Bryson City and Cherokee where we saw plenty of Elk. Truly a memorable holiday experience! And the best part was we were able to bring our furry family with us! Would recommend!

Utah Mountain

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked well. The only complaint I have is that there was no shampoo. Also, there was limited toiletries (e. g., after the second day, we had to purchase our own toilet paper).

We appreciate the review. As advertised and mentioned in our pre-arrival package, we provide starter sets of toiletries such as hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.
