Fun! Modern Efficiency Apartment

The apartmenthas two bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed and the other has a twin bed. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV in it with a Roku so can sign into all your streaming services.
There are two bathrooms, both of which have a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking and dining ware necessary for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic cooking goods to enhance your stay. There is no dining area, but the coffee table pulls out for eating and there are TV trays as well.
There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.
Outside you will find a covered patio with a grill and seating.
The apartment has a driveway for you to park in that will fit three vehicles. The apartment is ten minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and the hospital, and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. In the summer, enjoy Fridays at the Depot (also ten minutes away).
We have code operated access to the home for self-entry. You will be sent the code before your arrival.
The apartment is 720 square feet, it is the converted garage in the back of the property. The main house is rented as well, however, the properties are private from each other. The driveway parking will be for your use. The parking in front of the house will be for the other renters.
