With room for the whole family there is something for everyone- a gameroom for the kids, 3 living rooms so everyone can watch what they like, even a fenced back yard for the dog. If you are not wanting to cook in the fully furnished kitchen or perhaps want a craft brew you are only a 15 minute ride from the resort communities of Saugatuck and South Haven.

This architecturally distinct home with plenty of natural sunlight can accommodate up to 12 adults with ease. The house includes an enclosed, lake facing, west porch that connects directly with the kitchen with a wood burning fireplace, an open porch that surrounds the house and a private east facing porch (also connecting to the kitchen) with a gas grill. The backyard is gated and fenced- perfect for yard games such as cornhole (provided)or to let small kids or pets roam freely.

Entering the main floor you will notice it is open concept with a large living room, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen. In the living room there is a gas fireplace, plenty of seating and gorgeous views of the lake. The main floor also contains a full bathroom with shower.

The lower level features a game room for the kids featuring air hockey, foosball, arcades and other games. There is also a living area with a projector and large screen, full bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a bunk room 4 beds, and a queen size bedroom. The lower level has an abundance of natural light.

The Upper level features the main bedroom with a queen size bed, an enclosed sun room, a gas fireplace, full bathroom with shower and heated floors. The upper level also has another living area/ office space with an open sun porch, sofa bed, television, and filled bookcase. Also on the upper level is another bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as another bathroom with shower, and jetted tub.

This house is designed to give everyone in your party an area for themselves able to entertain without bothering others. The kids on the lower level and the adults on the upper or anyway that works best for your situation. The house even has a fenced-in backyard for Fido and an outdoor gas fueled fire pit to make smores.

For easy stair-free access to the beach, an electric golf cart is provided. Alternatively, you can drive your personal vehicle down the paved beach road only two blocks away to access the beach.
