Beautiful lake home on Lake Koshkonong

Welcome to the historic Bingham House! Enjoy everything beautiful Lake Koshkonong has to offer at this stylishly updated home. Amazing lake views throughout the inside and on the large patio. Situated on a calm canal with direct access to the lake. Launch kayaks, stand up paddle board, paddle boat or fish off of the dock. Expansive backyard with 150’ of canal shoreline. Chefs will enjoy preparing a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit. Enjoy the huge hot tub in summer or winter.
The space
The Bingham House is located on a canal that leads directly into Lake Koshkonong. Enjoy lawn games in this expansive backyard with canal and lake access off the dock. A paddle boat, stand up paddle board and two kayaks are provided to guests. Enjoy an evening campfire down by the shoreline fire pit. Grill or just hangout and enjoy the lake views on the back patio. The interior boasts 3 upstairs bedrooms, 2 downstairs living spaces, full sized washer and dryer and a stocked kitchen. This historic home has been stylishly renovated and furnished with comfortable high end selections.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and will be the only people on the property (no shared spaces). Key code access will be provided.
Other things to note
Home sleeps 6 but has potential to sleep up to 8 with use of queen blow up mattress and small cot available upon request. A 4Moms Pack N Play with bassinet is also available. A kids play closet with books and toys is available in a bedroom closet. Board games, poker set, puzzles provided. Beach towels and detergent provided. Please note that there are often bugs at night. Bug spray is provided and we do have a bug zapper on the patio. The canal is a slow moving water body, that often has plant growth in the summer. It is great for kayaking and fishing but not swimming. The main lake has beaches on parts of the coast and access to the lake is a very short distance away.
