This was a perfect weekend respite. A friend and I and my dog came and had a wonderful time just relaxing in this cute and cozy cabin. I spent a lot of time in the hammocks, the porch, and loved every minute of it. The jacuzzi was a great final touch. We’ll definitely come back.

I was very impressed at home homey and thoughtfully designed every inch of the space was. With four adults, a 6 week old infant and two pups we did not feel like we were on top of one another. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Julian weekend getaway

We had a nice relaxing weekend at the Cozy Cabin. It is close to town and the property is lovely. There is lots of seating outside, a hot tub and the wood burning stove was perfect for one of the days that was rainy and windy. There is a lot of games to play the cabin is cutely decorated as well. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay in Julian

We had a fantastic couple of days getaway in Julian in this cosy stay. The cabin was clean and welcoming and had lots of welcoming touches. The hot tub was a real treat on the cold nights. The host was communicative and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Cozy is right

Such a cute cabin! Loved the vintage stove and fridge. Beds were comfy as was the living room furniture. Enjoyed my coffee in the deck, listening to the birds. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi a few times too. Oh and the best part, we saw two deer on the property just grazing! Loved our stay. Thank you!!

Beautiful cabin

Cabin is well kept. Loved the decor. Super clean inside and out. Had all the necessary essentials. The only downside is cabin being next to main road. At times you can hear loud vehicles driving by ..,beside that,it’s a great place to stay ..

Warm and inviting

The property was lovely. The night sky was incredible. Toys were provided for my toddler which was a nice touch. Only negative comment I can make is there were bits of kibble throughout the carpeting. Overall a great stay.

Fabulous

The propery owner pays attention to detail and there were many amenities. The cabin was clean, warm, and comfortable. It rained and snowed everyday the 5 days we were there except for Saturday.We didn't leave the cabin the first three days. The views are spectacular! We were happy and content.

Very cozy and inviting cabin.

We felt instantly at home in this cozy little cabin. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in, and front room was very nice to sit in and relax with the family - plenty of comfortable seating options. Property is quiet. Julian is a quiet cute town, and even though the bedroom windows can see the main street - there was not any traffic to bother us. There is a cute little deck to sit on and do some amazing star gazing. The hosts were very nice - and responsive to all inquiries. Definitely a place to stay while in Julian.

Nice property with some disappointments

The Good: Very nice property - and we've stayed in many Julian cabins over the years. The Bad: Can be noisy during the daytime as it is perched over Hwy 78. MBR mattress soft and sags, consider replacement. The Ugly: Listing states "smart TV" but we were unable to connect with any basic or premium network (many of which we have at home). The owner responded "the signal is OK" then ignored us. So after reading much of the day, we had to read another 3-4 hours in the evening. It seems the owner should have at least explained what the problem might have been.

Cozy Xmas at The Cabin

We had a lovely Christmas at Patricia’s cabin! She thoughtfully decorated for the holiday, even providing a Xmas tree!! We were also welcomed with some treats. The cabin is incredibly well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking on the vintage O’Keefe & Merritt (although instructions for lighting the oven pilot light could be more detailed and specific). We loved having a fire in the evenings and the privacy of the beautiful setting. We did find the TV’s inability to connect with Wifi a bit frustrating (no Xmas movies by the fire!); Patricia responded quickly when we asked for suggestions, but her repeated advice to restore the TV to factory settings—which we tried many times—did nothing to solve the problem. Also, while it’s very difficult to control rodents in a rural area, providing a dry goods box and a note that the rodents are “voracious” didn’t undo the ick factor of finding mouse turds in the kitchen. Despite these minor glitches, our visit was relaxing and serene. Thank you for hosting us! ml
