Located in the hills above Santa Barbara between the city and the sea, this authentic adobe was built in the mid-1950s by master Adobero, Pedro Aguilar. With panoramic views of the city and mountains and a peek of the harbor, this welcoming home will provide you with the quintessential Santa Barbara vacation! You enter the property through old Mesquite Gates and descend to the private courtyard, complete with a fountain, citrus trees, and a barbecue. This is a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or a casual dinner. The main house has two bedrooms, each with a private bath. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a Viking range and professional appliances for any discriminating cook. On the view side of the property, you will find a terrace and 'sit in' stone fire pit with stunning vistas of the city and mountains. The property also has a guest cottage that can accommodate two more persons. It contains an extra-long twin trundle, full bath, and secluded terrace with mountain, city, and coastline views. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF THE GUEST COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS OVER 30 DAYS AND UPON REQUEST, EXTRA CHARGES APPLY.
