Living space

Inside, the layout blends openness with comfort. The living area features a sectional sleeper sofa, TV, and fast wifi verified at 213 Mbps, making it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, while elevator access and self check-in via keypad add convenience to your arrival and stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated by a sliding panel door, creating a defined retreat. It includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed, along with room-darkening shades, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage in a closet and dresser. The sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to four guests in total.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you flexibility between beach outings and city exploring. With full-size appliances, a dishwasher, and a dining table, you can prepare meals at your own pace or enjoy a quiet dinner at home after a day out. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or an evening meal, the space supports both.

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, making longer stays more convenient.

Guests also have access to a shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, EV charger - level 2, and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle. Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.
