Welcome to our New Smyrna Beach paradise! Relish summer year-round in this 3-bed, 2-bath spacious condo just a short walk across the street to private beach access. There is miles of beach to enjoy here. Loaded with amenities make it the ideal family getaway. Whether you prefer to take the elevator or stairs, you will be a few steps from the North Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, tennis courts, gym, sauna, shuffleboard, and basketball hoop. Want a change of scenery? Take a 2 minute walk to the South Clubhouse where you will find another pool and hot tub. Take your evening stroll through the nature trail located right in your backyard. Enjoy in privacy your peaceful evenings or morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the mangrove estuary. Take a short drive to Flagler Ave or Canal St., New Smyrna Beach’s hot spots, full of unique gift shops, restaurants, bars and, our kids’ favorite, ice-cream shops. Parking in the garage was a bonus and very secure at night time, we found the condo very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. Beach chairs were also a bonus. Brandon the host was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had about the property.

The condo was very spacious and clean. I had never been to New Smyrna beach and this was a perfect place to stay. The complex felt very safe. Brandon was always very responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Annual Family Girls Trip

Great place and location good for beach. Owner was so accommodating and kept in touch throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great location close to the beach

The location and property are beautiful, with a nice walking path right behind the building, the condo is very clean, and well equipped. There is a nice park down the road and a beautiful beach across the street. The host was great!

The Perfect Stay

Our stay was just perfect. A relaxing and fun atmosphere with all the amenities. Lovely nature trails on one side and beach on the other. We rode our bikes to JB’s Fish Camp for dinner and saw manatees and dolphins with a gorgeous sunset. Great place for families. Highly recommend.

This condo was really very nice. It was clean and decorated cute. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very serviceable. It was easy to get to and easy to get to the beach and the pools. Our host and hostess for the best! They were actually the highlight of our trip. They were very easy to talk to and they cared about our comfort. I would highly recommend this condo.

This was our first time to New Smyrna Beach and it is now a favorite! The property was like a home away from home. It had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and not crowded. We loved the pool, gym and sauna. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again.

Great spring break

Wonderful Condo

Great location with easy access to beach. Condo had everything you needed for cooking, beach, furniture, etc. Owner was very responsive and checked in after our first week. We would recommend this place to family and friends

Great beach getaway

Condo was clean and spacious! View was very cool, it was what seemed like endless trees and we were right at the tree line. Total privacy on balcony which was nice! Host was beyond helpful! Would highly recommend. Also literally across from pool and workout area!

Amazing Beach Condo

We had a fantastic stay at the condo! This was our family's first time in New Smyrna and it won't be our last. The unit was incredibly clean and well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The location is just a short walk to beach access. Our family had the best time boogie boarding and enjoying the sand and sun. Once back at the condo, we were able to relax with the lovely view from the back patio. Communication with the host was excellent! Brandon was responsive, friendly, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay!

Brandon was awesome to work with! He was helpful and responsive! The condo was spacious and very clean! The beds were comfortable—we all slept well. It is within walking distance to the beach and has great amenities. The balcony overlooks beautiful greenery and is serene. The complex is gated with the building parking garage also being gated, so it’s very safe! It is a quiet area! I would highly recommend staying at Brandon’s condo. When looking at where to stay we chose Brandon’s place even though it was a little more expensive than we planned on spending. We are glad we paid a little more and stayed here—it was well worth it!

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the condo. Communication with the owners was over expectations with welcome messages and a check in just to make sure all was well. The description of the unit was spot on. We enjoyed the huge master room, the bunk beds and the use of the car garage. Also the unit came with lots of beach supplies- chairs, wagon etc. Made for a fun weekend getaway!

Couldn’t have been better!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and a perfect size for our group. Everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and towels were all soft and new. One of the best things was that the condo was super clean (and I’m a clean freak). Our kids loved the pool and eating their meals on the screened in balcony. We brought flashlights and took a night walk on the boardwalk at the back of the property. It was nice not having anyone behind us. The condo is close to Canaveral National Seashore National Park which we visited. Our host Brandon couldn’t have been more welcoming. He was always responsive when we had a question. We can’t wait to go back.

Great getaway for our whole family!

Our family of five had a great 4 day stay at the condo. Brandon was extremely clear with directions for check-in, making it a seamless process. We walked in and were wowed with how spacious the rooms and living areas were! The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed and lots more beyond that. With 3 kids, we knew getting to the beach could be challenging, but the available beach cart, toys, umbrellas, chairs, and more made it easier. When we were done with the beach, we spent hours in the pool right outside the building's front door. We enjoyed the view from the patio every morning and the sunsets in the evening. During down time in the afternoon there were board games in the closet to choose from and TVs in each room to watch. Throughout the week Brandon made sure we had everything we needed, and was clear with the check-out process when it came time to leave. Of all the vacation rentals we've done in the past, Brandon was by far the best at communicating. We ran into no problems or snags during our stay. We plan to come back again!
