All check-in details, including access instructions, were provided prior to your arrival. The keys mentioned in your review were for the garage and were stored in a different designated area inside the home than where they typically are. Regarding your concern about insects — our property receives regular pest control service, but as our home is located close to the beach, it can occasionally happen that a few bugs enter when doors or windows are left open. Once you informed us, we immediately contacted our pest control company, who arrived first thing the next morning at the time you requested. As for the drawer, we are very sorry to hear that your husband was injured. The drawer was in good working condition prior to your stay, and unfortunately, it was damaged due to excessive force used during your stay. Lastly, we’d like to note that amenities such as shampoo and coffee were provided, and their locations were shared during your stay. Our listing accurately reflects available items—beach umbrellas, for example, are not included and were never advertised as part of our offering. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable home for all guests, as reflected in our many positive reviews.
