Just a 5-minute drive or easy walk to Playa Minitas, this modern open-concept villa sits on the Links Golf Course in Casa de Campo. Guests enjoy access to premier resort amenities including the beach club, pools, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, golf (Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, The Links), horseback riding, marina shops, grocery store, movie theater, live music, and seasonal kids’ camps.

The villa features a clean, beach-inspired aesthetic with large windows and golf views from every bedroom and common space. Natural light fills the home, and the private heated jacuzzi, located in a peaceful interior courtyard, is perfect for reading or relaxing.

Daily housekeeping is included. Optional home-cooked meals are available for $50/day, and if the housekeeper stays past 4:40 PM, taxi fare is required. Both are paid directly to her.

Guests must register with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. Registration fees are paid directly at the Costasur Security Office, located at the entrance of the resort.

Resort Fees (subject to change by Casa de Campo Resort):

• $25 per adult (12+ years) per day
• $12 per child (ages 4–12) per day
• Free for children under 4

The security office is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• 6-seater: $80/day

Daily housekeeping is included to keep the villa clean and organized.
If you'd like breakfast and lunch prepared, there is a $50/day fee, paid directly to the housekeeper.

If she stays for dinner service, taxi fare must also be covered.
