Rent this splendid flat in Prestigious Old Quebec; the heart of the old city and within the fortress walls.

Nice and warm-hearted apartment ages back 270 years, cobblestone streets. Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, exposed stone walls, floor of frank wood and much more. Each bedroom has exposed stone wall and open to main area living room. Bathroom has tub/shower combination with large vanity. Washer and dryer available on basement level. Functional and fully stocked kitchen including dishes, pots, glasses. Roof top patio off kitchen. Excellent location for walking distance to all amenities and tourist attractions.

Note: there are 2 flights of stairs on this property. The living area is all on one floor.

Also including: cable, and internet. Short or long term tenancy welcome.

Great apartment in a convenient location

Apartment is in a great location; close to everything, but incredibly quiet. Good size living space and the deck was a great place to relax with coffee. Spacious bathroom with large vanity for stuff (great for 3 people). WiFi worked great and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was wonderful in Quebec city. The location was within walking distance of everything so this made the week there amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a great time.

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

Enjoyed a long weekend in Quebec City with my daughter before she heads to college. Patti’s place was wonderful. Lovely, super charming, perfectly located. Will definitely visit and stay there again! Highly recommend!

Amazing!

This is next to everything fun in QC, the perfect location for experiencing the best of the city. Everything we wanted to see was within 15 minutes of walking in nearly every direction. This property is very well taken care of, and we felt quite at home here. Definitely want to come back for another visit!

The apartment was exactly how it was described and looked in pictures. It was immaculately clean. We only had one minor problem, which the hosts addressed immediately. Easy clear check in process and great communications with the host. We felt very confident in our stay.

Perfect for Sisters' Trip

I booked this condo for a sisters' trip, and it couldn't have been more ideal. The location is wonderful - everything in Vieux Québec was walkable: sites, restaurants, shopping, you name it! The condo was spotless and truly had everything we needed for a completely comfortable stay. And Patti was so accommodating and communicative. Will absolutely be back the next time I visit Québec City. Loved it!!

Perfect location

Our stay was delightful. It is a perfect location to explore Old Quebec. Patti was so helpful and a wonderful host. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the ambience of the place. It was the perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploring. I would love to come back and stay again.

I’m sure it’s great!

Unfortunately due to travel problems, we never made it to our destination. Patti, the owner, was terrific. All communication with her was timely, clear, and easy. Even though we notified her of our cancellation after our check-in time and Patti was under no obligation to refund our fees, she worked out a seriously generous and gracious solution. I’ll try again soon to make it to Quebec City and I’ll definitely book with Patti.

Great Location

Perfect for walking to old city attractions and restaurants. The space was comfortable and inviting. We are three sisters, all over 65, who travel together yearly. We all loved the place and would definitely book again if going back to Quebec City.

Cozy wonder

It was a wonderful place to stay at. The exposed stone and wood made us feel warm and at home. The place was excellently stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was fun to watch the Superbowl there and we also had a few board game nights after a day of exploring the city or skiing. Beautiful place.

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Shops and restaurants were so close! We were able to go out and walk around and then easily come back and relax for a bit to warm up from the cold. Everything was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful apartment in the center of Quebec City.

This quaint apartment located in the walled city of Quebec is amazing. The apartment is cozy and fully stocked. It's located on a quiet street. Perfect location to all attractions, restaurants and cafes. We went for the Christmas markets and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Will be back for sure.

Magical Quebec December

We could not have been happier. Patti's apartment in the heart of the historical Old Port City was so much more than we imagined. Perfectly appointed with every convenience and comfort, and the original old stone walls, the view of the original Quebec "rue" out our many windows allowed us to feel immersed in another era. We have used VRBO extensively and Patti was the best host we have ever had, wonderful communication throughout the process, including when we forgot the combination to the lock box before 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. We cooked several lovely meals in the efficient and well stocked kitchen. Saint Patrick's Pub on the corner is one of the best decorated spots in the Old Town and it was a wonderful landmark. I truly can't imagine a better location. If you want the best host and the best spot in Old Quebec, look no further. Thank you so much Patti for a wonderful beginning to Christmas.

Gorgeous property in Old Quebec

We had an absolutely lovely stay in this historic building and neighborhood! The condo was full of character including the lovely terrace. We spent hours walking the old city - we never removed our car from parking until we left! We had everything we needed and excellent communication from Patti at all times! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wir haben diese Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt sehr geliebt. Sie ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, wir haben hier jeden Morgen in der Sonne gefrühstückt. Patti war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, alles verlief ganz problemlos. Québec ist eine zauberhafte Stadt, bis jetzt der schönste Stop unserer Reise. Wer ein Quartier sucht, sollte hier nachfragen. Tausend Dank für alles.

We live in the west and recently retired. We love to travel and adore the French culture although we do not speak French very well. The local people in Quebec are friendly and helpful and the food is amazing.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We fell in love with this place because it closely resembles Europe. I visit once or twice per year and will make it my part time residence once I retire as it is getting harder to travel to Europe.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We visit the local markets and shops daily located close by and around the walled city to get vegetables, meats and cheeses. We buy a fresh baguette daily across the street and sip at wine while we eat bread, cheese and pate. We enjoy the restaurants and local art.
