Private location on 0.75 acre in a country setting in Davidson. Entire small home has been renovated including 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and 1 bathroom. Farmhouse sink and butcher block countertops with new stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Coffee pot with complimentary coffee and tea included. Foldable high chair and pack and play available for our families traveling with littles. Foldable desk also at hand for our guests who need a dedicated computer space. Dining set on patio to enjoy the scenery during meal times and fire pit in the backyard.
Guest access
Gravel driveway leading to property and home entrance that is accessible with a code. Plenty of parking along driveway. Free access to property including front and backyard. Driveway along right of property leads to a separate property located at the back of this one. Please avoid these areas.
Other things to note
The hammock is kept in one of the bedroom closets. We don’t leave it out all the time to protect it from the weather. Please feel free to use it but please return it to closet once you’re done using it.
