The heart of the home is a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen featuring a sizable dining island where memories are made over shared meals. When you're not out exploring the local scene, indulge in some relaxation in the four-season room. Nestled right next to the water, this space is perfect for savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with an evening cocktail as you enjoy stunning waterfront views in any weather. Sleeps 9 with 3 Full Baths, hot tub & lighted yard, gas/charcoal/smoker grill, LP fire pit, 4 season room waterfront view, bar, refrigerator. 2 Fireplaces, fenced yard, dogs welcome. Primary bed views-outstanding!

One of the unique features of this vacation rental is the private dock. Bring your own boat or take advantage of our 24-foot pontoon rental for some water fun! The lake beckons you for fishing, swimming, or a serene boat ride at sunset.

The sleeping arrangements are just as luxurious as the rest of the property. Each of the three bedrooms has been designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation to ensure a restful night's sleep. All bedrooms have a TV, as well as ample closet and dresser space. There is a sofa sleeper and a murphy bed too, so six can be accommodated in the bedrooms with an additional three in the extra sleeping areas. There is an additional charge for guest over six. In unit laundry facilities are free.

This place was awesome! Everything you could need and more, great little extras. My group has a great time sipping coffee with a water view and playing cards on the huge island. Super clean and well supplied!! Great stay and great communication.

Beautiful Property

The home was beautifully decorated with great amenities. We were not able to fully enjoy everything due to being in town for a wedding but would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to my questions both before and during the stay. It was an easy drive to all the events we attended in the Fox Valley area.

Family Wedding

We had a family wedding in Appleton and chose the River view Retreat for us, our two adult children and their spouses. The house was spacious, warm and welcoming. We even hosted a pizza party for other family members staying in the area. We loved the River view. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful Property with Great Riverfront

The property was wonderful for our sibling couples weekend away. The home has updated amenities and provided great gathering spaces in the kitchen and living room Having three full bathrooms was a huge plus that you wonā€™t find in most rentals of this size. The hot tub was awesome to have, too. We are considering booking sometime again during the summer months to more appreciate the riverfront features, but the wintertime views were pretty amazing. Highly recommend!

Great House

What a great place to stay! Location was perfect and kitchen was very well stocked. We had a slight issue with door code and owners answered our call immediately. I would definately recommend! The only suggestion would be to add more dish towels and dish rags, but other than that there is not a thing I would have changed.

Nice place

Winter is not the best time to visit. A snowstorm hit the day we arrived and the snow removal service didnt come for several days. There was a lot of ice build-up around back sides of house/along driveway and near hot tub and our son fell when trying to get out of vechicle. Great view of river from upstairs window and kitchen.

Super location for kayaking!

The house was lovely and just as promised, but we especially enjoyed the access to the river and lake right at the end of the backyard! We brought our own kayaks and could slip them into the Fox River any time. After hiking at High Cliff State Park or paddling down to the lake and back, we soaked in the hot tub and later went inside for movie night - just our kind of vacation. Thanks very much for working so hard on making the house and property so comfortable and easy to sink into -

Relaxing River Getaway

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room and all the amenities you could need! The bathrooms were gorgeous and the large kitchen was perfect for family meals and game nights! We also spent a lot of time on the ā€œdockā€ enjoying the water!I would have given a 5 star ratingā€¦.there was lack of communication from the host regarding the boat rental. We had planned to rent the pontoon on sight but after asking the host for the contract to sign, she told me they were out of town and could no longer rent the boat for our stay. We were very disappointed. The host did offer other places to look at for rentals but that was not what we wanted to have to do. Just be aware if you are looking to rent the pontoon.
