Enjoy the award winning Sandpiper Bay world class golf courses (3 - 9 hole courses), a beach with spectacular views, and great local dining. There is something for everyone at Sunset Beach, a 2 mile drive from the Villa. Walk, bike, run or just relax on the beautiful beach. While at the beach you can visit the Kindred Spirit, Bird Island, or fish off the Sunset pier. Experience the unique opportunity to see both the sun rise or set over lovely Sunset Beach.

Our Villa has vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural lighting and is filled with many amenities to make your stay enjoyable including a private balcony overlooking a lovely lagoon. The kitchen is equipped with a full suit of appliances for your use. Brand new sofa/loveseat and DreamCloud king mattress added in 2022. New 50 inch flat screen TV and stove added in 2020. New microwave added 2024. Bring the family and spend time making memories. We hope you enjoy our Villa as much as we do!

Summer in reach

The condo was as advised on a nice golf course with pools and amenities. The location in proximity to beachā€™s as well as shops and restaurants were a plus. We look forward to staying again in the future. Only negative issue was the time went by to fast.

We had a great time in the condo. It was very clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The check in was very easy. We enjoyed the beaches in the area. The pool was a nice bonus. Would stay again for sure

Immaculate Villa in Sunset Beach Area

This is an immaculate Villa that is well furnished and a pleasure to visit. I've had the pleasure to stay in this Villa several times, it's condition is always consistent to a high standard. Very nice, quiet condo, well furnished and clean.

I have stayed in this condo vacationing to Sunset Beach area over many years. It has always been well maintained and clean. The owner has upgraded the furnishings recently and the changes are very nice. The condo overlooks a large pond. It is very quiet, especially at night. Wonderful Tuscan Villa, clean, nicely decorated, quiet.

Perfect getaway for a family or individual. The villa is nicely appointed, comfortably furnished with modern appliances. Very clean and everything is like new. It is a four unit building, so there is not a lot of activity which makes it quiet. The view out the back screened deck is a large pond with fountains, great place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Treat this villa as you would your own, it deserves it.

Nice location but cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

My family and I have been coming to Sunset Beach for a very long time. In the past weā€™ve typically stayed on the island. However, with two little ones in tow this year we thought it would be nice to rent a place that had access to a pool. The condo and the amenities were as described in the listing. But the condo was not clean whatsoever. The floor in the kitchen and the bathrooms were filthy. The first night my two little ones took a bath and there was a little water on the floor so my MIL wiped it up so no one would slip, the rag she used to wipe the floor was completely brown with dirt. We found dead cockroaches upon our arrival in the living room and the room with the twin beds. A few days into our stay there was a live cockroach crawling out from behind the living room sofa. We found hair in our shower before anyone ever used it. There was also trash in the bathroom trash can upon arrival. We reached out to the host when we checked in and they did send the cleaner back twice. The first night she came we must have already been in bed as we were all exhausted from a long day of travel. The second day she came we were out at the beach trying to make the most of our trip. At that point I contacted the host again and said I donā€™t really know what the point of sending someone now is we already had all of our stuff in the condo and with two littles I really would not feel comfortable with someone else in the condo. We also texted pictures of everything to the owners.

Great stay in a like new villa!

Just returned home from a week long stay in this totally refurbished villa. I do believe we were the first family to stay after it's recent purchase & remodel. Everything was brand new! The owners' were great, providing great directions and utilizing PayPal for that last minute stay. The unit is very well furnished with not only comfy sheets & bedding, but all the pots & pans you could possibly need. The only thing you will have to invest in is the food, extra garbage bags & paper accessories. The hot tub at the pool to the right of the entry to Sunset Village is currently not working, but make sure to find the other pool & hot tub just beyond this villa, on the left. The setting is better there anyway. The beach is a bit of a drive away but is just beautiful and much "softer" than the rest on the Myrtle Strand. And I totally suggest taking some water bottles & snacks and making a hike to the end of Bird Island. I have never before seen such a beautiful uninhabited island, in it's natural state. That was the favorite part of our trip! Calabash is just a couple miles down the road to stay out of the Myrtle Mess for dinner time, and Callahan's is a must stop for all your gift store and souvenir needs. The TV's in each bedroom and living room were great for me and my teens. My only suggestion is for wireless internet, but I know the owners are working on that. I was very thankful for my hotspot on my Droid, but it was pretty slow. Thank you for a fantastic week at your luxurious villa. We hope to be back as soon as we can. :) The Bee's... Property could have been much cleaner Found dirty sheets on the bed,very disturbing. Very grossed out, and disturbing especially with covid. Owner made excuses and poor communication, very disheartening. First and last vrbo.

We all enjoyed our stay in NC, it was close to everything we wanted to do and we had no trouble getting around. I'm just so sorry that we lost the pool key, the owners were very nice about the whole thing and we would definitely like to stay there again.

Family Get Together

A sister has a condo on OIB. Extended family gets houses/condos for the same week each year. We did not have a full week so this was a convenient option. Place was clean. Bedding/linens and appliances dated. But we really only needed a place to sleep/shower and chill from family over-exposure and this worked great. Would recommend/stay again.
