FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This is a terrific 1BR/1BA unit right on the beach that can accommodate up to six guests! Perfect for a couple or small family. It is filled with tropical elegance and has such an amazing living room view of the Gulf that you won't want to spend much time inside but out on your balcony. What more could you ask for?!

This beautiful fourth-floor one-bedroom gulf-front will help start your vacation out just right with views of the sandy white beaches and the emerald green gulf waters from the living room and your private balcony. The cheerful beach-inspired décor can easily accommodate six (6) with a king bed in the master bedroom and twin bunks in the hallway as well as the queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals and there is a stack washer/dryer.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Lovely Time in Ft. Walton Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It had everything we needed and was clean enough for our 1 year old to move about comfortably. Loved the location and the beach chairs and umbrella was a great touch.

As good as expected

Reviewer Comments: Spur of the moment and exactly what we expected.Floors were the big issue with us, we took time out to sweep and mop to get rid of the gritty feeling when you walk around. We will rent here again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed in was very nice and very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen.The view from the porch was beautiful. The sliding doors that lead to the porch is very noisy, the people upstairs slammed the door often, we could even hear it in the bedroom. I would suggest telling people to this of others when closing the sliding door.

Great family condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time in this condo! The view was amazing. Beach service was well attended by a great staff who was courteous and friendly. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only problem we had was with noise from the pool. The beds were a little noisy as well, but overall it was a great experience.

Anniversary Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay but the sofa was not comfortable, the bed was not comfortable, it was noisy, the view on the balcony would have been nice if we would have had a recliner chair to relax on. The chairs was very uncomfortable very hard to sit in at a long period of time.

The location was great, the condo had everything we wanted, and it was clean and well kept. We did not have a need to reach out to the company during our stay, but feel confident they would have been easy to work with. Every time I called prior to our stay to make payments or ask questions, everyone was friendly and helpful. My husband and I agreed we will DEFINITELY book here again if we come back here next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings were newer. The condo itself could use some attention. The tile/grout is coming off in places. The outside of condo building was dingy/not in good repair. The walkways were very dark. The elevator was shaky and jerky and had a horrible smell the entire stay.

Great View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has great beachfront view. The property is well maintained and clean when we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Couple of things that management can improve on: 1. For late check in, the current rule of asking us to come back to office next day prior to noon is not very flexible. Please be more flexible on this considering long distance travel involved in the prior day. 2. Please enforce no smoking rule. Our unit had some smoking odor left from previous occupants smoking in the patio area. The occupants above our unit were also smoking in the patio area during our stay and affecting us when we were relaxing in our patio.

Thank you for completing our online questionnaire, Our properties are all non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balcony (with doors closed to stop the odor from entering the property and also to prevent the fire alarms from going off) However we do ask that guests be courteous to people around them if they are smoking on the balcony. We hope overall you did enjoy your stay at The Emerald Towers West!

Room 4004

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Brooks & Shorey properties. Centrally located to everything and far enough away from the beaten path to be peaceful. The only thing missing about ETW are the lack of life guard stations and trash cans around the perimeter of the property. Saw trash around the pool and around the elevator area. Had there been trash cans there wouldn't be trash scattered about.
