Enjoy the beauty of the Colorado River with the comforts of home. A family friendly RV resort on the shores of the river, complete with private boat launch, private beach, large sparkling pool, and waterslide that plunges into the river.

This new two bedroom is a great place to bring your family or gather with your friends. The neighbors are friendly and your memories are waiting to be made here.
The space
This is a brand new home.

Master bedroom has a full king bed. Two queen beds in the loft bedroom (all 3 are memory foam mattresses). Loft is open to downstairs and has a low ceiling. It is perfect for kids or just for sleeping for adults.

11 x 15 deck has outdoor couch and chase, bbq and a deck box that serves as extra seating. A perfect place to start or end your day.

Brand new furnishings throughout.

Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, dishes and silverware.
Guest access
Access to entire home. No access to the contents of the deck box or Jet Skis.
Other things to note
Note: Parking is limited to two space. Two vehicles (two cars or a car and a trailer [boat, jet ski, sand toy] park alongside the Tiny House.

This is not a party pad. It is a brand new home that we would love to share with responsible guests. It is a great family get away of a place to reunite with friends and have a great time.
