About Bluebird Cottage:

Bluebird Cottage welcomes you with warmth and comfort from the moment you pull into the tree-lined driveway. Built in 1944, this home is brimming with character and charm, yet thoughtfully updated over the years. We even have some of the original glass door handles that are nearly 80 years old—please be gentle with them!



Step inside through the signature arched doorway and be greeted by the rich original hardwood floors, classic wooden walls, and cozy furnishings. The spacious living room invites you to unwind, featuring a 55` TV on a full-motion mount for the perfect view from any seat. With a mix of comfortable seating options—couch, swivel chairs, accent chairs, and even a bench—there’s room for up to 9 guests to relax and enjoy. For your privacy, we’ve added blackout curtains, along with 2` blinds for added versatility.



Dining and Kitchen:

Just behind the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats 6 at the table, plus two additional spots at the kitchen`s bar. The kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy cooking, with a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove top with griddle. You’ll find everything you need, from cookware to utensils, glassware, and even a coffee bar with a Keurig and a French press. We’ve got you covered with spices, baking tools, a blender, toaster, slow cooker, and more.



Laundry:

A tucked-away nook off the dining room has been converted from the former porch space. This is where you’ll find the laundry area, complete with a washer, dryer, and a selection of cleaning supplies. We’ve also provided an iron, ironing board, and steamer for your convenience.



Back Patio & Yard:

Step outside to the serene back patio, where tree coverage creates a peaceful retreat. Relax in the 6-person hot tub with jets, colorful lighting, and a soothing waterfall. The patio also features a dining table for 6, a custom grill (wood or charcoal), and a fully fenced yard perfect for outdoor games. Have fun with our corn hole set, ladder ball, bocce ball, and more—stored conveniently in the pantry.



Bedrooms and Comforts:

King Bedroom: This serene retreat features a plush king-sized bed, soft bedding, USB charging stations, and a Smart HDTV. A writing desk and chair offer a space to get work done, while two closets and luggage racks provide plenty of storage. The en-suite half bath is simple yet stylish with a pedestal sink and toilet.

Hall Bathroom: This spacious bath includes a tub-shower combo with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide black makeup towels and makeup remover for your convenience, as well as multiple hair dryers and plenty of fluffy white towels.

Double Queen Bedroom: Featuring two comfortable memory foam queen-sized beds with soft duvets and an array of pillows, this room ensures a restful sleep. It also offers a large chair, a nightstand with charging stations, a Smart HDTV, and a closet with hangers.
