-We request an in-person meet and greet with our host at a prearranged time during the check-in process. This guarantees a smooth and hassle-free arrival experience and lets us personally welcome you to our space.

-We kindly ask that guests adhere to our standard short-term rental rules throughout their stay, which include respecting our no-smoking policy, treating our space and neighbors with respect, and observing quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Also, please keep in mind that we have a strict no-pet policy in place and ask guests to avoid hosting parties or events in our apartment.
