Cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom home that sleeps 7. Large corner lot with plenty of parking for your trucks, boats, toys, or travel trailer. Minutes from downtown Lake Havasu nightlife but far enough away for peace and quiet with the family. Lake View from porch.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The space
You'll love kicking your feet up and relaxing after a day on the water in this home! Your stay is a short drive from multiple launch ramps, the famous London Bridge and infamous Body Beach.
- Master Suite: King bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, closet and access to backyard
- 2nd bedroom: Queen Bed with built in plugins and usb charging ports
- 3rd Bedroom: Full Bed with Twin trundle
- Hall Full bathroom with tub shower
Boat/RV Side Parking on both side of the house. We have a circular driveway for easy access to pull through. A 14 feet wide gate on one side, should you desire added security for your trailer.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, except for the garage.
Other things to note
By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:
1. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is any time before 11:00 AM.
2. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.
3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential family community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund.
5. Pets are allowed with permission, Poo bags are supplied on the back patio, additional cleaning fees shall incur if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets are not to be left unattended within the house. Guests shall incur a fee of $200 if a pet is found at the property without prior permission.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. This property has video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm.
9. Have an amazing time and we appreciate our guests!
