Welcome to your charming, cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 7 people including 3 queen beds and a twin bed. Whether you're in town for for a SCSU hockey game, a business trip, or visiting family, you can rest assure you will be comfortable in our home!

Kitchen comes stocked with basic cooking needs and a coffee bar where you can make the most perfect cup of coffee! Kitchen island perfect for serving snack or big meal with plenty of space to enjoy your meal together at the dining room table.

Living room offers a 65" smart TV where you can enjoy a number of streaming services (Netflix provided but bring your other streaming service passwords). Plenty of cozy blankets to wrap up in while you throw a movie on or wind down with some old school records on the record player.

Enjoy a laid-back 3 season porch where you can start the morning with a hot cup of coffee or finish the night off under the lights over a glass of wine!

Guest Access:
Guest will have private access to the entire house. There is a key-less entry for easy access and check-in. Your unique entry code will be provided to you two days prior to your visit.

Other Things to Note:
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with one ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the home at the front entrance (records video and audio 24/7). The Camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home.
