One-hour drive north from San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge sits this modern oasis of luxury, relaxation, and entertainment in the midst of the beautiful Sonoma Wine Country. This recently renovated home, inspired by the Delano Hotel in Miami, overlooks the swimming pool, jacuzzi, pergolas, and the landscaped garden. You have just escaped to paradise: relaxing in the hammock, floating in the turquoise pool, getting cozy in the hot tub, or playing a game of basketball, volleyball, soccer, or pétanque with friends and family, and a jump on the trampoline will bring you to a whole other level.This unique retreat has been published in European Elle Decor, Design Within Reach, and Undecorated. With its pure and simple interior, open and sun filled floor plan makes it easy to feel a world away.

The house also offers a family room with wood burning fireplace, to relax by after a long winter day. The kitchen is fully equipped for all who enjoy cooking, but if you prefer dining out there are many award winning restaurants in the area. The master bedroom with its own private bathroom looks out on, and has access to the garden. The second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has three individual twin beds. Both rooms also offer views of the garden.

We love our country house and would like to share it with you.

Secret getaway

Tucked away down a dirt road in Sebastopol, this house is great for entertaining outside or in! We love the pool, the trampoline, all the outside games and inside board games! It is a vacation for the kids and the adults with so much to do! Can't wait to come back!

Family Fun

We had a great weekend and the kids enjoyed the private heated pool, badminton and basketball. The sounds of the country, birds, frogs, an owl and a rooster were peaceful and charming and bright stars greeted us the hot tub in the evenings.

everyone in our group was so pleased with this house and the privacy it offered us. The house was uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and well equipped. The pool was comfortably warm and we had it heated.

Family Fun in the Sun

My family of 4 stayed 10 days at this beautiful oasis. The house is well stocked and met all of our needs. The biggest asset to this home is the backyard! Huge area with large pool, hot tub, trampoline, hammock, bocce ball. Great fun for whole family and relaxing for the adults. Host, Natascha, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. House is tucked away in a quiet area yet super close to downtown Sebastopol. We will definitely be back!

Sebastopol house

Excellent house and pool, and very private. Great layout with huge tables indoor and out. Pool and hot tub worked out beautifully. Would give it five stars except that the AC was a problem. It could use ceiling fans to help move air. Two minute drive into Sebastopol and ten minutes into Santa Rosa so it’s positioned nicely for Sonoma wineries. Would rent again.

Absolutely beautiful and elegant home

The photos simply don't capture the true beauty of this home – it's truly stunning, and the outdoor pool area is nothing short of spectacular! A group of girlfriends and I spent a weekend here and were enamored. Every detail in the decor was meticulously considered. The house is equipped with all the essentials for a delightful vacation stay. Plus, it's conveniently located just 3-4 minutes away from Sebastopol town. The host's was extremely considerate and communication with her was seamless. Without a doubt, great stay and thank you so much for your hospitality.

Stay-cation in Wine Country

This is a very nice property with a lovely pool and spa amidst a spacious yard. We played badminton (brought our own rackets and birdies), used the trampoline and generally enjoyed the amenities. This was a stay-cation rental. I live in Santa Rosa and a few of my guests live just 4 miles away. Although the property is ideally located for wine country touring and many other activities, we stayed at the house the entire time and enjoyed the amenities. Should similar circumstances occur again, I would definitely reserve this property again. It was so fun!

Good for large groups, very clean

Overall, we liked this property and it worked well for 5 women. We liked the country location and were able to uber around Sonoma. Healdsburg is a "Hallmark" looking town and was so nice. We did the food and wine walking tour there. Brava had great food for dinner. The owner/manager was very responsive. I do think the mattresses were very hard and should be replaced. The shower heads in the two showers also had terrible water pressure, that could possibly be fixed with just a new shower head? Place was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. We were unable to make much use of the pool due to weather but the outdoor space is lovely and looks so pretty at night with all the lights. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. We would all return to Sonoma again!

Not as advertised. Disappointed.

Upon entering the property there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that seemed like it was trying to be masked by air freshener. Anytime the water was used- dishes/shower/bath there was a strong sulfur smell. The water filter provide appeared to have not been changed in a long time and noticeable blackish growth on the filter. The shower in the guest bathroom has been poorly maintained and the shower head is badly corroded from the poor water quality. The “third bedroom” is next to kitchen and the “door” is on a sliding system that is not very private. Overall the furniture and fixture are worn and tied and look a lot better in the listing pictures. The backyard is redeeming feature of the property, but the gas grill was almost unusable because of how much corrosion and deterioration the grill has. Overall, the property photographs well, but I would not stay here again and do not feel like the owners/managers are caring for the property and amenities. Pretty disappointed.

Hello Roberto We are sorry that your expectations were not met. We care very much about our property and the happiness of our guests. We have replaced the BBQ grill. As stated in the house rules, smoking is allowed outside only, not inside the house. We will try to make that more clear to our guests. Regarding the water. Our property and neighborhood is not connected to city water. We all have well systems which explains the sulfur odor at times. Regardless of the smell, the water is more than safe to use and consume.

Charming Stay

Driving up to the property one wouldn’t think the house is as nice due to the country setting. However, the house was was immaculate and very trendy. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and more if needed. The home was spacious and comfortable to make you unwind and feel relaxed. A true home away from home feel. We had the opportunity to meet the host Natasha. She was a true gem! She was so friendly and took care of an issue we had ran into. Book this property you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing backyard!!!

Easy to rent. Backyard was amazing and very well kept! We’ve done a lot of rentals over the years and nine match the yard here. Inside is a smidge weathered but easy to overlook for the yard. Would not recommend for toddlers or small children. Good for adults and infants. Worked very well for our family! The only issues I had with rental were self inflicted and had nothing to do with the home owner!

Girls Wine Country Trip

The property was excellent, we were a group of 7 for a girls trip to wine country. The house was a perfect place to be after long days of touring in wine country. :-) The pool and hot tub were perfect place to relax in the evening and when we wanted to go out in the evening it was easy to get an Uber for dinner out in the area. I would highly recommend this property. :-)))))

lots of options for outdoor play

Very enjoyable stay! Although it was summer when we visited, the days were fairly cool and partly cloudy. Pool was still warm enough for us and the hot tub was perfect. We didn't want to come in from the beautiful outdoors, even though the inside was lovely and roomly as well. Great grill and fun trampoline! Everything you need is provided. We did bring our own basketball after reading a review. If you like pool toys, there are three floaties, so you might want to bring more. Have fun!

Girls Wine Getaway Birthday

We absolutely loved the property and house. We had a great time, relaxed in the yard, hung at the pool and jacuzzi, and wine tasted. When you drive up, we were a little worried until we went into the yard and the house! I would recommend this house for any family looking for a quiet location and relaxing time.

summer kickoff

we had a wonderful 3 nights enjoying this property. we have both older high school kids and young ones, 3 & 6 yrs old and this provided entertainment for all. weather was perfect in early june even if we had a bit of rain. the grill was perfect to bbq poolside with lots of outdoor seating. only complaint is the cable is limited and there wasnt a smart tv so we ran out to buy a firestick from target (saving grace for the rainy evening with the kiddos). wifi was quick, beds comfortable, open layout made it easy for the kids. Natascha was very responsive.

Great house and perfect to visit the area!

The house is really amazing! We had a wonderful time there. This is also a ideal location to visit the whole area from Bodega bay, point Reyes to Sonoma, Santa Rosa etc... And also a bunch of great winegard a couple miles around! Thank you!!

Dreaming of heading back already!

We had a great long weekend at this property. It offered just what we needed: comfortable and spacious indoors and an amazing outdoor and pool area. The owner/property manager was communicative and helpful. No brainer 5 star from me!

Fun property, lovely pool, well located, a few caveats

This is a wonderful property for a hot summer weekend stay. Would rent again. A few helpful things to note: Second queen bedroom has no privacy. It's attached to the common area with a loose barn door. No noise separation at all. Master bedroom door does not latch closed. Solved by propping a backpack against it. WiFi was out. Property manager said it was a known issue with no ETA on it being fixed. If you're planning to remote work, would confirm WiFi is actually available. Yard is lovely but while we were there, the sprinkler system was set to come on at least four times a day rendering areas too muddy to use. It also came on in the middle of the night hitting the kid's room window which was a little disruptive. Kitchen is small but very well stocked for those who really like to cook. Great grill, too! The only thing we missed having was a meat thermometer. We had to clean the drain in the shared bathroom as it was not draining and the toilet was not flushing. When that didn't work, we called the property manager who was very responsive and had someone out the following morning to fix. Property would benefit from from a few days off of renting for some upkeep/repairs. Decalcifying shower heads, cleaning drains, fixing the master door, replacing the shower curtain in the shared bath, replacing burned out lightbulbs, an updated couch. A bunch of little things that detract from how fabulous this place has the potential to be. Still, great yard, wonderful place group dinners on a warm summer night and for sunbathing & pool time. Beds were comfy and it was clean enough. And, can't beat having an old-fashioned diving board!

Amazing property perfect for our family

We had a wonderful time visiting this beautiful home. The pool and backyard are even more gorgeous in person. We had great weather and played all day outside. Our young kids were in heaven in the pool and playing bocce, badminton, and jumping on the trampoline. The home and beds were also very comfortable.

Wonderful house & great for families

Loved this house and it's location! The house itself is stylish yet warming and you feel right at home. The pool and big yard had everything we needed (bocce, badminton, trampoline!) for a fun family getaway. The quiet streets were perfect for two young kids to explore and downtown was only a few minutes away. Can't wait to return!
