Gorgeous brand new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 5 acres. Newly built and fully fenced in. Perfect for a quiet get away. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. šŸžļø Springs & Outdoor Adventures

1. Gilchrist Blue Springs
One of the clearest and most scenic springs in the area. I highly recommend renting a paddleboard and spending the day exploring the spring run and river ā€” itā€™s peaceful, beautiful, and a true Florida gem.

2. Ichetucknee Springs
About a 25-minute drive, but absolutely worth it. Float down the crystal-clear Ichetucknee River on a tube ā€” itā€™s relaxing, fun, and one of the best ways to experience Floridaā€™s natural beauty.

3. Poe Springs
A quieter spot thatā€™s great for swimming, picnics, and a slower pace. Perfect for families or a peaceful afternoon in the water.

4. Ginnie Springs
Famous for its vibrant blue water and underwater caves. Great for swimming, snorkeling, or just lounging by the spring. It can get busy, but itā€™s definitely worth seeing at least once.

Lots of space to roam. We enjoyed the large fenced area. The house had a very strong smell of some sort of cleaner when we arrived that was extremely offensive but It dissipated over several hours. The beds were very comfortable.

Nice quiet location, central to all the springs we were visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer and the turkeys in the fields in the morning and at sunset. Well-appointed home with seamless check in and great host communication. Will definitely book here on our next trip to the springs!

We loved the acreage and the location. Our dog got to run and run! We loved the set up of the house. Two rooms on one end, then a great room and kitchen and dining in the middle, then two rooms at other end. We enjoyed ourselves and had a blast at the game!

A great quiet little spot

We just breezed in and breezed out, so we didn't have much time to use their facilities, but the house was very nice, and well kept-up. The kitchen was comfortable and large (though we didn't have time to use it), and the check-in and check-out was simple and smooth.

Perfect getaway!

This little house was perfect for my familyā€™s trip to High Springs. We were there to get our baby girl baptized at a church in town. The house is on a very nice plot of land which was perfect for the kiddos to run around. The kitchen was nicely updated and the rooms were a nice size. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Meeting with my parents, children and grandkids

The property is beautiful. I traveled with my disabled dog, my parents and my youngest children to meet with my oldest daughter and grandkids. It was a great experience and very peaceful. At night you can see all the stars and many deer nearby. Love it.

I was in town for UF's homecoming weekend. Most places closer to the school were booked or super expensive as expected. This place was further out, but still close enough to make it work. I imagine its perfect for trips to the springs. It had enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate my friends and I, it looked decently well-appointed in the photos, and the price was very reasonable. Upon arriving, it was definitely a bit off the beaten path, but we expected that. And ultimately the directions were clear and we felt safe, although secluded. The home had enough to make the stay comfortable, and although the host wasn't terribly responsive this wasn't a big deal. The only issue we had with our stay was the overall cleanliness. I have no way of knowing if what we experienced is typical, especially since there were so many amazing reviews. But it felt as though the place hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. What started off as a dingy odor and icky feeling became an absolute horror when we found dried white/ clear fluids on the bed linen, among other bed and towel stains, and more than a few roaches in the kitchen and bath. Again, I don't know if this is typical, as one good cleaning would take probably care of this. Perhaps we just came on a bad day. But it definitely sullied our overall experience of the home.

Hi there! Weā€™re Martin and Jessieā€”Martin is originally from Gainesville, and I (Jessie) grew up in a little town called Bell, just outside of High Springs. We have a fun-loving 5-year-old son who keeps us on our toes! As a family, weā€™re all about adventure and spending time outdoors.

Motocross is a big part of our livesā€”our son races just like his dad (and I ride, too!). We also love anything on the water: surfing, wake surfing, paddle boardingā€”you name it. Iā€™m actually a former dolphin trainer from the Dolphin Research Center in the Florida Keys. We recently moved back to the area after living in the Keys for a couple of years because we missed the charm, nature, and community of our hometown so much.

Weā€™re excited to share a bit of our world with you and hope you enjoy this beautiful part of Florida as much as we do!
