Bulson Creek 1 Bedroom Guest House Suite

Relax with up to 4 guests at this quiet location just 3 minutes from I-5. We are located in the Skagit Valley at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The Skagit Valley provides many opportunities for entertainment. Annual local entertainment includes the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival attracting crowds from all over the world. Other activities near by include: Mt. Baker & Stevens Pass for skiing, Deception Pass for views of the San Juan Islands. Many great local dining options and NW breweries!
The space:
This guest suite is located on the 2nd floor of a standalone building approximately 125 ft. from our residence. Our property is located on 5 acres with family next door who own the adjacent 6.5 acres. The building sits in a open grass field close to the forest. A small creek runs through the forest at the bottom of the ravine. There is complementary EV charging inside the garage portion of the building.
Guest access:
Access to the building is provided through the 1st floor garage and also deck/stairs leading to the bedroom from the field. The garage bay where parking is available is the only part of the 1st floor accessible to guests.
Other entrances (2nd garage door and standard door are for owner/maintenance access only, under occasional use.
