Non-refundable pool fee includes weekly service & chemicals

Optional pool heating is available October 1– May 31 for $275 (first 3 days) + $100/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. 🌡️❄️ HVAC Notice: To help keep the air conditioning running properly during the summer, please do not set the thermostat below 70°F. Setting it lower may cause the system to freeze and temporarily stop cooling. If a service call is required and it is determined that the unit froze due to the thermostat being set below 70°F, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the service call. Thank you for helping us keep the cabin comfortable for everyone!
