As per National Pool & Spa Institute (NPSI) recommendations, the pool temperature is maintained between 82°F and 84°F. Guests should not expect temperatures above this range, as this is not comparable to a hot tub, which is designed for higher temperatures. Maintaining this range helps preserve the pool system and ensures its longevity.
Use of this property for weddings, receptions, or events of any kind is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. No more than the maximum occupancy of 22 persons is allowed on the property at any time.
