If you are going to an event at PPG Arena this property is ideal and the location was excellent for that. The property is just getting into the sketchy area but we had no issues at all and I walked around all over and nobody bothered me. We liked the property and would stay again. The only 2 issues were the Wi-Fi only worked in the front part of the property and when you got to the back bedrooms it would not work in there, very minor issue. The only real issue we had and this is nothing on the property or owner, but on the cleaning staff. The house was not very clean, some areas were filthy and had never been cleaned and you could draw in the dust and grease there was so much. Other than not being overly clean we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

A week back home in pittsburgh

Me and my husband enjoyed our week stay at " grammys house! " after some business we had to take care of, the restaurants we wanted to eat at were close by and the sites. When returning back at the house in the evening the shower/ juccuzi tub was relaxing. Any question's we had our host promptly answered

1st time in Pittsburgh

It was walking distance to PPG arena for the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey games. Close to Downtown where there are several attractions. The area where the rental is located is going through a rejuvenation phase. The shower was awesome but we had issues with the drain in the jacuzzi tub, which was our only complaint. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were delightful and the place was large. We loved the shower! However, someone should fix all the light switches so they are in the correct direction! I also replaced all the batteries in the smoke alarms as they went off at 7:00 AM, then 8:00 AM then 11:00 AM on our first morning! The bathroom door has the lock installed upside down, so you can't actually lock the door. It would have been nice to have kettle too. The bean bag was great in the living room. Apparently the area is not the best, but we didn't experience and issues. I'd stay there again, but bring my screw driver to fix the electrical issues!

Grammy’s Place couldn’t have been better! The location to PPG and downtown was perfect! The apt was very clean, roomy, and beautiful! Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

This neighborhood is quiet and residential! It allows you to be close to the excitement of the city but enjoy the quiet offered by a suburb at night. This apartment is minutes from PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and all Downtown hotspots. There is amazing dining nearby including our favorites; Gaucho Parrillia Argentina and The Speckled Egg.
