This updated property, set in a historic location, is within walking distance of downtown and the lake, while a number of popular attractions can also be found nearby including the Grand Lake Golf Course, Granby Ranch, and Winter Park Resort for year-round excitement.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen, a comfortable main living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a large dining table with plenty of seating for mealtimes or family game nights.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaā€™s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Was here with my husband and five year old for 4th of July fireworks! Condo was in a perfect spot. Words canā€™t describe. We will be back!

Lovely views. Walking distance to the main strip and beach. Great home-made ice cream shop by the beach. We were cautious with our little ones and had life jackets on them every time we went out to view rapids just outside the condo.

Perfect location in Grand Lake! Clean property. Well furnished. Only issue is there wasnā€™t any directions on disposing of trash and no extra trash bags. I reached out to the local contact (she was at the property when we checked in and gave me her number) and asked for more trash bags and where I should put the trash (I had cut onions so I really needed to be able to get these out of the kitchen). She responded quickly and said she would drop off some trash bags and would let me know about the trash. I never received an answer on the trash and I reached out again and never received an answer. So I had to leave trash in trash bags inside our Rental the whole time we were there. All the dumpsters in the area are padlocked because of bears. Otherwise great experience.

Almost perfect

Really just about the most perfect location. The river had multiple places to sit and enjoy nature, beverages, even take your meals there, and utilize the propane gas grill (we did twice). The only thing that is needing improvement is the sleeping situation. There is only a double sized murphy bed, not big enough for both a husband and wife. The couch did pull out into a Queen sized bed, but there were no sheets, and frankly, it would have been very uncomfortable anyway. If they upgraded the couch with a really comfortable queen sleeper, it would be money well spent and rewarded with rave reviews. Other than the bed situation, this place is ideal!

Disappointing experience

First time to use VRBO/Vacasa and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The place didn't have AC. In addition, the odor was unholy. The smell was greasy food and musty. Worse, when I reached out to the their customer service line, the staff was rude. I looked forward to a relaxing evening after a long day of hiking, but that was not the case for this accommodation. Needless to say, I decided that this was a one and done for me with Vacasa.
