Your palace awaits! Our Perris' Prosecco Palace sits high, over looking a million dollar view of Lake Matthew and Mount Baldly. This European custom built property is truly one of a kind, located in the Lake Matthew’s Estate. The exquisite detail is demonstrated meticulously throughout the lush 4.33 acre estate.

The grounds are manicured for a romantic evening event or a relaxing afternoon sitting around the pool and garden with your family and closest friends.

A chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a feast fit for a king. Your kingdom includes a built-in pebble tech swimming pool, outdoor bar-b-que island, two custom cabanas, fruit trees, and 180 degree lake and Mountain View.

Our Perris’ Prosecco Palace, comfortably sleeps 22 guests, with our 7 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Our home features two bedrooms with twin beds that can only be accessed by walking through the full bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, as well as 4 twin rollaway that can utilized during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided.

After a morning enjoying the stunning view, an afternoon dip in the pool, spend your evening make some life long memories in our game room, equipped with foosball, ping-pong, air hockey and indoor basketball.

Our Perris' Prosecco Palace is located just 50 minutes from Disneyland, 45 minutes from Temecula, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Los Angeles and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Joshua Tree and Big Bear.

-Please note that the pool is not heated
-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $55 (plus tax) per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-The gate is inoperable and shall remain open.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. The views are all 10. The pool, once it was cleaned, was a fun outlet for our family. It would be such an incredible property if the duck tub faucet and shower didn’t drip, if the TP holders weren’t falling off the wall, if the wool carpet was not so stained, if the drier had worked and if the wi-fi had any connection during our 5 day stay. There was plenty of room for our family, the beds were comfortable, rooms spacious. The built-in grill did not work. The gas grill did, but it was wobbly and cooked unevenly. The gameroom garage was a highlight. The sunsets and outdoor seating were also wonderful. It was tranquil. I really wish someone took better care of this potentially marvelous property. Sadly, my son had to leave our vacation 2days early because there was no internet connection and he was working on a project for college that required wi-fi and the property managers could not fix it. I would happily visit this estate again IF it was maintained to the degree it deserves, not otherwise.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the Wi-Fi issues during your stay and completely understand how frustrating it was for your son to have to leave early for his college work when our team couldn't get it resolved on the spot. Regarding the rest of the maintenance items you listed—including the grill, dryer, leaky fixtures, toilet paper holders, and carpet—none of these were reported to us during your stay, so we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to make things right for you while you were here. However, we wanted to assure you that all of these are being addressed.

This house was perfect for what we needed! Bride plus 8 bridesmaids, all slept in the same area. Yes the walk in closets had beds in them, but it was great for us. The teenagers loved it! The view of the lake with the flowers, sunsets to die for, and the vanity room was great for wedding day. Photographer loved all the areas for great pictures, especially the staircase. This was really a great find for us.

Wonderful place to prepare for a wedding

Our family and friends chose this place for the amazing views and the dressing room for the bride and her girlfriends. It was magical. We loved drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking over the beautiful scenery. It was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and outdoor grill. The rooms show a little wear, but are huge and comfortable. Sunny Days was very responsive whenever we contacted them for anything. It was a perfect stay for us, leaving lifelong sweet memories.

Beautiful Quiet Retreat

I would have given this property 5/5 Stars on everything but due to miscommunication in scheduling with the cleaning crew and Barefoot Vacation Rentals, We checked into a filthy home. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral and had been flying all day to walk into an unwelcome sight. The cleaning crew did come and thoroughly cleaned the property. Barefoot Vacation Rentals made it right at the end of the day.

Misleading description of space and restrictive resulted in disappointing family

Had I been forewarned about the restrictive and transactional nature of the property management company at Barefoot Property Rentals I would not have booked with their property - Perris Prosecco Place. Our multigenerational family dinner weekend was not what was expected. The property listing is inaccurate and was misrepresented on the VRBO listing. You are advertising a 7/8 bedroom home but failed to disclose that four of the “rooms” were only accessible through the 3 upstairs bedrooms and were actually large converted walk-in closets with miniature doorways and lowered ceilings that were less than 5ft 6in - it was challenging and disappointing to the couples who paid equal share in the cost who got assigned to “rooms” most of whom were 5ft 7in and taller. We are a family of social sector leaders, educators and health care professionals and our extended family anchors us. We come together once a year and this year decided to do it in honor our matriarchs milestone birthday. And to ask adults to sleep in closets was mortifying. Your property listing failed to mention that closets were being used as sleeping areas. When the concern was brought to the property manager’s attention we were not met with consideration nor effective resolution. Moreover a pill was found of the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms and we had children under 2 years of age crawling around. Perhaps the last and even more disturbing thing was the final night of our stay, my cousin was startled by a rat running across one of the downstairs bedrooms! I requested some compensation/refund for the inaccurate and misleading listing of the property but was denied. We made the best of our multigenerational dinner celebration for my aunt but the embarrassment and lack of resolve tainted our stay and my aunts 70th birthday dinner weekend. A report has been filed with VRBO as your listing is inaccurate and misleading. After due research it was found that the County of Riverside Assessors office may be of help in resolving this matter.
