Aris Oasis Private Pool Heat Included

Oasis in the desert w/ private heated pool (no fee for heating) We have a very clean 4 bedroom home with 7 comfy beds 🛏 , plus a pack and play. 2.5 baths. Fully outfitted kitchen. Propane BBQ on the deck (propane provided). Propane fire pit and Corn whole in the backyard and pool table inside. Outdoor eating area & 4 sun loungers. We also have board games, puzzles, books and DVD’s for our guests to use. Full size arcade game, with 14 classic games to choose from.

There is a private park across the street with trails to more parks that include basketball hoops & soccer nets! We have sports balls for use at the house!

All bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and laundry room are usable by guests! Private backyard with pool for guests! (Garage and some closets are locked for supplies but each bedroom has ample closet space!)

We have contactless check-in and check-out, however we are available to answer any questions or concerns. We have a great response time.

The house is less then 15 min from The Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA/AZA) and less then
30 min from the Phoenix airport (PHX) depending on traffic.
House is 20 min from the Legacy Sports Park.
The closest grocery store is Fry’s it’s less then a mile away.

An Uber/Lyft ride to the Mesa airport is around $15 and the Phoenix airport is around $40 the last time I checked.
You can walk to Fry’s the closest grocery store (less then 1 mi away) We have several wonderful parks within walking distance.
Gilbert Regional Park is less then 3 mi away.

We require First and Last names of all guests over 18 in acknowledgment that they have read and agree to our house rules. We also require picture ID for the person booking the reservation.
We do offer no charge year round pool heating, our pool uses a heat pump , so if outside temperatures are too cold the pool may not get to full heat.
