The best part of this home, not only is the original character in place but the features of all the modern amenities we like to have. The neighborhood is very quiet and private.

The best part of this home is its close proximity walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Echo Park Lake, Silver Lake Reservoir and so much more with Silver Lake Blvd and Sunset Blvd all just minutes away. Parking is very friendly you should not have any trouble finding parking on Scott or close by street Mohawk. Silver Lake is a special place, 1 of the few true walking communities left in all of Los Angeles.
Other things to note
When arriving you will need to walk up the driveway until you get to the back of the property, that is where you will see 2217 1/2 Scott. Property accessible through a custom wooden gate.
