Sound Access, KAYAKS provide, on our beautiful Backyard Pier !

This Ocean view 2nd row town home, with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy! Comfortably accomodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen with all the essentials, and outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy the Ocean and Sound views. Beach access just steps away! The first level has the beautifully decorated bedrooms with mounted flat-screen TVs. Two full baths and washer/dryer. Master with king bed that has sound views. Second room with comfortable queen bed with ocean view, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second level is open concept living containing a custom eat in kitchen, spacious dining room, comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Relax on the second level balcony’s and enjoy the Ocean and Sound breezes and views with private decks on each side.

Kids and adults love the Pac-Man arcade game, for some friendly competition. Enjoy playing the arcade game, which has 60 classic favorite’s, set on free play.

Or, adventure out on the back sound using the 4 sit on top kayaks (life jackets included ) and take in nature’s incredible sites. Enjoy the convenience of the backyard pier to launch the kayaks, throw in a fishing line or peacefully bird watch. Please carry the kayaks out to the pier, dragging the kayaks ruins them. We provide the kayaks for added fun, please be respectful and don’t damage them.

Park style charcoal grill on back patio available for use. You will need to bring charcoal to grill. The beach is 500 feet across the street and easy walk with kids and bags.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier Island with an abundance of seashells, sharks teeth and white sand beaches.

Topsail Beach is a family oriented, dog friendly, community, clean quiet beaches, and plenty of local beach shops, restaurants and water craft rentals a few miles away. Check out the Sea Turtle Rescue, play a game of put put golf.

Plenty of local and nearby historical sites, take pride in supporting local businesses and historical sites.

Be sure to visit the north end of Topsail Island. Park the car and walk the beautiful white sand beach while watching the dolphins. Take a trip to visit the wild horses and see the historic light house as well

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the inlet is absolutely beautiful, and having access to the kayaks was such a fun bonus. The house itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Just a note—there are quite a few steps down to the beach, so keep that in mind if stairs might be a challenge. From the garage and entry level, you go upstairs to the first floor where the bedrooms are, and then another set of stairs takes you up to the living room and kitchen. Overall, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and my boys really loved the gaming system. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. The views off the back deck and down by the water are beautiful. The beach access is close which is a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for young families!

We chose this place because I wanted to both play on the beach and have access to the Intercoastal Waterway! We have young children and flew in from California so we needed a place that offered just about everything, as we could not just load up the car and road trip in. This house provided both bedding and kayaks with a private dock, so it won me over! Laundry facilities were also a major plus! The host was lovely, kind and responsive. Check in was easy and everything was as described in the listing. The backyard dock area is gorgeous—our favorite part, for sure! The kayaks and life vests were there as promised, clearly utilized and loved by past guests (we came at the end of the season, so this was to be expected), but absolutely functional with two adults manning the operation. My boys loved their little room and matching beds and the primary suite is also lovely. Floors and bathrooms were nice and clean. The only thing I noticed right off is that the home is—as stated—pet-friendly. I love pets, but haven’t lived with one for decades so finding pet hair in some of the harder-to-reach spots and in the mattress pads caught me off guard, but like I said, that’s my own fault. I mention it only to point it out to others in case that’s an even bigger deal than it was for my family. ;) We had a wonderful time together in this home and would recommend it to others! I also recommend playing PAC-Man here—so fun!!

Wonderful House

We had a wonderful stay. The house had fabulous views of the ocean (little obstructed) and sound (full view)! The beach access was not too far. It was nice having the use of the kayaks. The house was very clean. It was great having linens supplied.The contact with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay at Topsail

This place is everything we wanted and more. Everything you need is about 10 minutes away. The beach is 126 steps from the door (we counted). Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The mattress in the master wasn't our favorite but that was our only complaint. Even our pooch loved her stay. Hope to be back next year. Check this property out! you won't be disappointed.

Wedding Weekend

I stayed at “Peach at the Beach” while in town for my cousin’s wedding. I was able to reserve the adjoining unit of the duplex as well, so we could keep extended family together. It was perfect everyone was able to have privacy but super easy to hang out. The location was really convenient to the beach access point and a dock out back for inlet access. Kathy was such a kind and friendly host. She was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I would definitely consider staying at this location again the next time we visit Topsail Island.

Weekend at North Topsail beach

Overall this rental was perfect for a family getaway at north topsail beach. Listing as described. The reason it is a 4 star is because there was a moderate tobacco odor that was especially evident once we left, on our clothes and travel gear. I presume former owners may have been smokers… would definitely come back if it wasn’t for the tobacco odor.

I am not even sure where to start…everything about this place was perfect! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the “home” feel this place has it all. The owner is amazing and very responsive immediately to any questions. We even received a welcome basket! If you are looking for the perfect beach stay the Peach is it!!!

Great location and great host!

The check in process was so easy and Kathy really cared that we had everything we needed throughout the week. Having access to the back dock was perfect for paddle boarding (there are kayaks available at the property, too). The beach was just a short walk across the street. The house is well-equipped for a family. My kids loved the arcade games!

Everyone had a great time. Everything was just as we expected. The queen guest bed had a full sheet on it. We fought for the sheet. Close to the beach and the sound access was nice.

We are very fortunate to have found our little oasis that is in close proximity to parks, biking, the ocean and many fabulous restaurants. We’ve met so many great families through this opportunity of opening our home to short term rentals and hearing of their love for this area as well. We hope your family loves this place as much as we do and we look forward to return visits.

We love North Topsail for its quiescent atmosphere, with friendly neighbors and a fun walk on the beach. The peach is close proximity to activities and restaurants. Walking around and seeing the sunset is the best way to end the day for us. The beach never seems crowded, and is always clean. The kids make unforgettable memories every time we come. We have put a lot of our time and energy into our little condo, but I still can’t get enough of the adventures at the Peach! Plus or little Shitzu loves to come and play with us on the beach!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Unique gem with both access to sound for fishing and kayaking. The beach access is a short walk across the street. There is a dock with a bench to sit on and relax or fish. Kayaks, sand toys, chairs and beach shelters are provided. Kids will have fun with games, bikes, puzzles, books and arcade machine as well. Condo has two private porches for enjoying breath taking views and relaxing with morning coffee on the top floor. Wi-Fi is provided and extends to the porch, so you can play music and relax outside. Also, on the top floor you’ll enjoy a pull out queen couch and a large eight person table to eat and play games. There is also a large tv with access to Disney plus and Netflix. Antenna attached for more shows as well. The second floor has three bedrooms to relax. Each room has their own television. One room has a queen bed with a soft mattress. The master has its own bath and king size bed. You can sit and read a book or watch the otters and cranes come and play on the sound from this room. The last room has two twin beds. The garage has kayaks, bikes, sand, equipment, and access to the front or back.
North Topsail unique for dog, friendly beach.
We provide coffee, towels, sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, soap. You’ll need to bring some beach towels and sunscreen.
