The Space:

Step into The Amelia, where you'll enjoy the exclusive use of one side of this beautifully renovated all-brick duplex. Your private access leads you to a designer-friendly living room, perfect for unwinding with a good book or indulging in your favorite shows on our ROKU Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for the day-to-day chefs as well as all the necessities to have a home-cooked meal. Discover a delightful oasis just off the kitchen – our inviting dry bar awaits your pleasure! Savor your mornings with a steaming cup of coffee or embrace the evening's charm with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. We've provided a curated cocktail recipe book and a shaker for crafting your favorite concoctions. The perfect spot to unwind and relish the moment.

Retreating to the rear of our home, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms. The larger of the two is perfect for those traveling with little ones, offering ample space to accommodate a pack-and-play/crib, which we can provide for a nominal $10 fee. As for the master bedroom, it comes thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workspace, complete with a cozy desk and chair. Whether you seek relaxation or productivity, our bedrooms are ready to cater to your every need.

A full bathroom with a deep soaking tub/shower combo is conveniently located at the end of the hall. Bath amenities are there for your convenience.

Don't forget to embrace the beautiful Charlotte weather – step out onto your private, screened-in porch, thoughtfully furnished with cozy outdoor furniture, and let the gentle breeze from the ceiling fan envelop you in ultimate comfort and relaxation. Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire left side of the duplex. There is a door in between the two sides of the duplex, located in the hallway, that is always locked and soundproofed for the guest's (and our own) convenience. The backyard has yet to be renovated, but we keep it mowed in case you'd like to use it for any reason.

Other things to note:

My wife and our two children (2.5 yrs old and 4.5 yrs old) live on the other side. You'll more than likely see us coming and going as we try and keep up with our kiddos! Feel free to say hello!

Throughout the renovation, we tried to do as much as possible to limit the transfer of sound in between the two sides but, as you can imagine, it's nearly impossible to limit ALL sound. So you may hear our kiddos before and after school. But we try to keep things as quiet as possible.
