Welcome to our private furnished studio nestled on West 30th St, just a stone's throw away from 9th Avenue. Situated within a secure building, this studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step inside and be greeted by a full-size contemporary bed. The studio is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a tub, toilet, and medicine cabinet, as well as its own kitchen, a fridge, sink, and microwave. A dining table for two is also waiting for you. WiFi is also included.
Walking for a few minutes will take you to some of your favorite food stops like pizza restaurants, coffee shops, Krispy Kreme, KFC, and other popular food chains. Further steps will lead you to the historic Madison Square Garden, where many events are being held.

Penn Station, the main intercity railroad station in New York. It's also close to many restaurants and public attractions. It literally is near everything, yet pricing-wise, this studio is a rare find.
