January to April Winter 2026 $3750 Month

This two bedroom two bathroom panoramic ocean and beach view condo is on an outside corner viewing straight to the ocean and beach on one side. The second side views Harbor Beach, the estuary, the San Luis Rey River, Harbor Village, and the marina. The west facing balcony offers more dramatic viewing to all beach and ocean possibilities. The condo is equivalent to being four floors above the ground below.

You may prefer to just lounge and watch the waves, the sailboats, the surfers, the birds, the sand beach, and the everchanging views from this condo.

The sound of the surf may be heard inside the condo. The moment you enter you're greeted by beautiful ocean views. There is no raucous buffoonery here as you are not facing onto a street or major pedestrian walkway. You will be able to choose your level of interaction with beach activity or enjoy the peacefulness of the condo while still being right at the beach.

The adjacent beach is generally visited by vacationers and extends north to the rock jetty. This beach is lifeguarded in summer with a designated surfing area and separate swimming area. There are no streets to cross to reach the beach.

At night, Harbor Village across the estuary is lit and beautiful. If you are tall enough you can see the ocean from the operable bathroom windows.

Grab the provided sand chairs, down the elevator or stairs, out the gate to the sand...or...grab your provided pool towels and head to the modern expansive freeform pool area with separate spa in a grotto setting. There is a designated gas barbeque area with benches, a ping pong room and also showers and restrooms at the pool area.

The condo furnishings are comfortable and well suited for individuals, couples, and families. There are no interior stairs. The kitchen is equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided. There's beach towels, sand chairs, and boogie boards for your use. Our hope is that you will be pleased.

The condo has a one bedroom one bathroom option that may suit your needs. If you have any questions please ask.

One dedicated reserved parking space is provided in the garage which can accommodate vehicles up to 6'-6" . A second dedicated reserved parking space may be available to reserve in the garage for an additional fee. There are a very limited amount of onsite 24 hour visitor spaces. A 24 hour unmanned city sponsored pay lot is nearby within walking distance.

The listed rates are plus city tax of 11.5% and your VRBO booking fees. We do not charge a cleaning fee, resort fee or check in fee.

A Sweet Little Spot on the Beach

just loved staying with Frank and he couldn't have been anymore helpful or responsive. Great choice if you are looking for a nice place to stay on the coast

Excellent Accommodation

Wonderful views and I will definitely consider staying here in the future. The village is very well organized and makes parking, swimming and other services convenient and easy to use.

Great Location

Just as described. Very close to downtown Oceanside and even closer to the beach. Nice Gym, hot tub and pool. My daughter her friend and I stayed for 4 days. Had plenty of room and comfy beds.

Frank is a kind person and good communicator. The listing is very accurate regarding location and amenities. The space of the unit was more than enough for a vacation home. While regular maintenance has been kept up, this unit has not seen any updates for at least 20 years. The antique bedroom furnishings are beautiful, but the mattresses are far past peak comfort level. Loved the gas fireplace in the living room. The furnishings were not the most comfortable for cozy movie viewing. No SmartTV available to stream your own content.

Outstanding views

We loved it. Special occasions for each of us. Aging meant for us so many quiet times on the balcony looking directly to the ocean. This was the real treat. The apartment was as described, well stocked and with a personal orientation .by the owner.

Covid Getaway

The location was excellent, the apartment was in a great location. The complex looked great, with lots of greenery and a river that runs through it, but staying to ourselves we didn't get to enjoy it like we would have liked. The apartment could use a little updating, but we were very satisfied. Frank, I'd update your photo's, they don't do the property justice.

Beautiful place. Better than we thought. Kitchen small. Bedrooms really big. Good size living room. Kitchen chairs wood, would have liked seat cushion. Not comfortable living room furniture. Needs a xtra end table. Queen bed very good. Loved the sound of the ocean from bedrooms and living room.

Nice and comfortable Condo

We have enjoyed staying at this condo. Comfortable beds, and other furniture. There is more than enough bath and beach towels, beach chairs an umbrella. We have cooked breakfasts, the kitchen is equipped wit all basic things for cooking. The complex gardens are amazing, I would say it looks like you are in Hawaii, And ocean view from the balcony and from each room is just as beautiful, you can watch sunset from the balcony. We really appreciate Frank letting us to check in earlier. He is so cooperative and friendly, taking a good care of his property. Our family would definitely stay at this place again.

Great View but the rest was only serviceable.

Start with the positive, the location and view was incredible. The complex is very nice but showing signs of aging along with the condo. This is hard because I know many guest who would be very happy with the basic accommodations. Unfortunately I am not one of them. I like to be WOWED when I walk into the door. I put this on me because there is a reason they do not have very any pictures to view. The reason for the two on cleanliness is due to a dirty towel left hanging in the closet and very small ants in the bathtub area. Overall I know this unit will work for a vast majority of people.

Great views at G225

Surprisingly great views for the G building. Front corner of G building which is mostly in the back of the complex but our condo overlooked the cottages. Not the most comfortable and a little short on amenities such as dishwasher detergent, pillows and decor. They have a desk where my son planned to work (IT) but only had a stool for it. Not the most comfortable beds. My adult daughter couldn’t sleep on the twin (back problems) and had to switch to the saggy pullout in the living room.

Good Deal for Ocean Views

The location and amenities at North Coast Village can't be beat. We loved the ocean views from the balcony and windows. Beds, linens, and towels were all good. Frank was great about our check in and making sure we were settled. The condo could definitely use some updates, and it's not the most private unit, but the price was right. Thanks for the great stay.

You will not find a better place to take your family. It’s just that much nicer when you have an owner like ours to work with. This was our fourth visit. We will be back next year.

Great location, but musty and rusty

This location is s convenient, and the unit has gorgeous ocean views. The complex is right on the beach, but the unit is set back a bit, and is just a quick walk down to the ocean. Easy walk to the harbor area where there are a few restaurants. The big downside for me is that the unit is in desperate need of an update. The whole place smells musty and looks very old. The carpet and furniture seemed dirty, and all the bedding and towels smelled awful. Thankfully we brought our own pillows and bought Febreeze at a local store. Frank and his daughter were great hosts and everything went smoothly with check in and check out. Just a bummer that it didn't feel clean to us.

Beautiful location

Great location. Space of the property is great too. Sea air is rough on properties upkeep is more than an avg. home. With that said bathroom showers could use updates along with Bedding and linens and living furnishings. If these items don’t bother you then by all means stay here. Many little details such as beach items are readily available making travel easier

Great views

Frank was available to check us in and show us the property. The views of this corner unit are spectacular. You can see and hear the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Additionally, you have great views of the harbor from the master and guest bedrooms. Beautiful views to take in during the day and night. Comfortably accomodated our family of six.

Condo could definately use an update. But it was clean, well stocked and had great views, and it was about 50 bucks a night cheaper than your more modern units. A quick 3 minute walk to beach access. Boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella were provided. Bring your own hair dryer. The one provided was pretty old. Would definately stay here again.

Very nice stay!

This was a simple and affordable place to stay. The view is lovely off the balcony and the beach is right there! That was perfect for us since we were coming for a wedding and didn’t want to pay too much for this long weekend. Frank was INCREDIBLY patient, meeting us at past midnight because of a flight delay. He also allowed a late noon check out, which for us is a must with 4girls, when I realized I missed the part about 10 am checkout in contract. Everything we needed was there including tea, instant coffee, coffee machine, condiments, etc. It was a lovely stay. Will definitely return! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Frank! Location was great too. Close to everything you need on vacation!

What a great location and a perfect place for the family to stay for a week

Loved that we were right at the beach. The beach had great sand, was not too crowded and had perfect waves for body sufring. Loved the pool and the hot tub. The apartment was perfect place for the family to get a way. Thanks Frank!
