Just as advertised

My wife and I stayed for three days. Great trip. The property was just as described, and the location was perfect. For those curious: there is beach access directly across the highway, and getting across the highway was super easy.

Fun and great atmosphere

My family and I, enjoyed our stay! This property was clean, nice, and a fun family atmosphere! My kids enjoyed the pool. And our view of the ocean. We will be back!

LOVED IT!!

We stayed for 5 days 4 nights and didnt want to leave!!! You can see the beach so well from the balcony and the room was VERY clean!! We felt very much at home!!!

Perfect Location

This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Gulf Shores. Beach directly across the road and pool area was spacious. At the quieter end so you do need to walk or drive to restaurants/shop but the walk is fine and everything is located along a straight road. Thank you for having us.

Perfect getaway

Our unit was perfect for a week long stay at the beach. Great view of ocean. Beach access was only a matter of crossing the street. Also appreciate the welcoming atmosphere of unit and well supplied kitchen for cooking.

Awesome place for our family of 5!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and it was so great! The amount of space worked out perfect. The place is well kept and the tenant was wonderful to work with. Even though we were across the street from the beach we still had a great view for we were across from a state park. Access to the beach was easy and still close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Loved it!

First off I loved the view and we spent hours on the porch. The unit was very clean and very comfy. The beach was great and there was lots of room out there. Plenty of nice restaurants very close. We have found our new favorite condo. We can't wait to go back!

week stay

property was nice and clean. i appreciated that there was an employee on sight. Carts were available for moving your stuff in and out which was very handy. The only "negatives" were that you have to cross a 5 lane rode which could get busy and times and the long walk in sand to the beach. pulling a trailer was too much work. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Relaxation in Gulf Shores

The condo was PERFECT for our stay! Very clean and a great beach view - even from across the street. Close to the Hangout and the pier for fishing. The bunks and pull out couch were perfect for our friends with kids who stayed with us two nights. This condo may not be best for families with small children as you do have to cross a four lane to get to the condo's beach access, and there is not a cross walk... Even though it rained most of our stay, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this condo to others! Thanks so much Rick and Candi for everything!

Girls trip May 2018

From beginning to end it was Awesome! Our room was great for what we needed, no complaints at All! We cooked one night and had everything we needed. Balcony view was great as well. The only thing that was semi-frustrating was hearing the traffic in front instead of ocean, but when the traffic died down, you could hear it fine. Candi was so great to answer any questions I had about our stay or room too! Awesome time spent!!

Annual summer making memories.

Nice location, great ocean view.Unit could stand a top to bottom cleaning. Floors had not been mop.My granddaughter feet look like she had been out walking barefoot on hwy.So I mopped them.Baseboards were dirty.Pull out sofa very uncomfortable. Walls and floors very thin.We had a herd of elephants above us.Not owners fault.But as I said loved the location. Getting to beach is not for the weak hearted.

First Time in Gulf Shores

We booked this condo only a couple months before our trip, during the spring break peak, so we were excited about being able to find a place. The location is great. You’re on the main road, but further down away from the crowds, which we loved. Down side is there is no actual crosswalk to get to the beach. You can walk a ways to get to an actual crosswalk, or play frogger. The actual condo worked for our family of 4. We usually like to spread out more, so we were all a little cozy. Condo was well equipped, granted we did not do a large amount of cooking while we were there. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look out at the gulf. I will say, the condo is outdated. Could definitely use some upgrades. Along with it needed a really good deep clean. I managed to find the broom and was able to clean the floors as needed. There was construction going on at the time of our visit, which our host made us aware of, but we didn’t quite know the extent of it. There was only one elevator and the staircases were far away from our room. And the one elevator that was working only worked half of the time. On our last day, we were forced to haul all of our stuff down 4 flights of stairs. I know the host has no control over those things, it was just unfortunate.

Great spot

This condo is in a fabulous location right across from Gulf shores park which I love because the beach is not as crowded. It was exactly as described and pictured on the listing and the owners were quick to respond. I will be booking this one again.

Wet week in Gulf Shores!

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, shower pressure very good and nice view from the little deck. The apartment is a bit dated, but it met our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, it rained a LOT during our stay. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the property owner, is that I wish the public access area had a boardwalk, because it was tough to pull our cart over the sand. Tough, but definitely not a deal breaker. It was a great vacation and Candi was extremely responsive to every question I asked. Thanks again!

Unit was good but complex needs upgrades

Candi was really nice and always quick to respond. The unit was an easy walk to the beach and the main bedrooms mattress was very comfortable. However the mattress on the couch bed and the tv’s could use an upgrade. Also 1 day into our stay the HOA president came by and according to the maintenance man on site, He turned the heat down to the hot tub because “he’s a cheap-o”. Which made the water as cold as the pool, which really sucked. The elevators inspection certificate was 1 year expired. The elevator tried to go up multiple times while the door was open and the door got stuck halfway open multiple times. Majority of those things have nothing to do with the unit itself, but paying money for amenities you can’t use is unfortunat.

Great Location

My husband and I are Georgia residents. We have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years while our children were young. We plan to retire there.

We chose this particular unit for my son to live in. He enjoyed the beach and the location was perfect. It is the only condo across the street from the beach with an unobstructed view that we could find. It is surrounded on two sides with the state park giving a natural habitat. The new pier is across the street where fishing is easily accessible.

In visiting the unit we have enjoyed the walks on the beach and the quiet atmosphere. The great food is always a plus. Shopping is fun but the area also offers terrific entertainment for all ages.
