The dock has a swim platform and a covered 10x24 slip. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, Lake Valley Golf Club.
The completely updated (2022) house has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 oversized bunk bed), 2 full baths, washer and dryer, and huge deck that faces the water.
