When you contacted us, we responded and recommended the bug spray provided in the condo. Unfortunately, in Maui’s tropical environment, tiny ants can occasionally appear even with regular pest control. We wish you had let us know they continued to return so we could have taken additional steps. Regarding the AC filters, our AC units are professionally cleaned and maintained every other month. With the recent storms, wind, and moisture, filters can accumulate dust and debris much more quickly than usual, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. These were the only concerns brought to our attention during your stay. We did not receive any reports of other maintenance shortcomings or issues that needed to be addressed. We always encourage our guests to contact us right away with any concern so we have the opportunity to inspect and resolve it during their stay. Mahalo again for staying with us, and we’re very happy to hear you found our management company exceptional!
