Important Notice: Please be aware that the building is performing scheduled exterior maintenance and painting through mid-February, with completion expected by March 31, 2026. Some daytime construction noise may occur during this period. The work is managed by the building.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests including children and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. The hotel requires that all guests staying in the room be registered by name in order to receive access to the exclusive Pool and Beach facilities.

You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.

At the front desk, guests must pay $135 plus 7% tax fee per accommodation per night (up to 2 people over 12 year old) and $67.50 for each additional adult.
