Located in the upscale Reunion Resort community, The Villas North overlooks The Independence golf course by Tom Watson and is just a short walk from the Villas North splash pad and pool. The Villas North has a quick resort entrance making it one of the closest properties on the resort to the theme parks.

With no expense spared during the complete remodel completed in February 2015, this truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to an extremely high standard to give it a modern yet rustic feel. A Queen sleeper sofa and 55-inch wall-mounted TV complete with cable and Blu-Ray player are highlights of the room. The condo also features a Sony PlayStation 4 to keep everyone entertained! The fully functional kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for six and two bar stools make great seating for the kids.

Large sliding patio doors lead out to your terrace balcony with two sun loungers and a table with seating for four. It is the perfect spot for taking in the beautiful views, and sounds whilst enjoying breakfast, or evening drinks!

The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury King bed and a 40-wall-mounted screen TV. There is a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in separate shower. You will also have access to the balcony from the master suite.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a wall-mounted TV, and a ceiling fan. There is also a large closet and an en-suite bathroom.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat.
