Situated on the Pacific side of the gated Pedregal community and surrounded by natural granite rock formations and coconut palms, Villa Marcella offers more than you can imagine in grandeur and privacy. This is the epitome of a vacation dream home but is still only one mile from downtown Cabo’s fine dining and nightlife.

Villa Marcella’s elegantly flowing old-world architecture encompasses spacious living areas with exquisite amenities, including a massive marble fireplace, state-of-the-art lighting system, granite counters and Egyptian travertine-marble floors throughout. Spacious bedrooms feature king-size beds, private baths, and ocean/beach views. The villa floor-plan including an entertainment/media/game room complete with full-size billiard table, full bar and a formal living & dining room, makes this villa perfect for parties, or just secluded privacy with family and friends.

Could not ask for a better stay!

Our stay at Villa Marcella could not have been better. Amanda and Alan were all so helpful with coordination and planning. The entire place is so clean and spacious and we loved the amazing location featuring the private beach. We cannot wait to come back again!

Amazing vacation home

Villa Marcella lived up to all of the positive reviews and exceeded our expectations. Alan and Leo took great care of us at the house. Although the beach is not swimmable, it didn’t deter from the beauty of the location.

Incredible property!

Overall fantastic experience. The entire staff was great. From the concierge who facilitated all of our reservations to our cook and house contact. They were all very easy to communicate with and overall very accommodating. Looking forward to renting again!

Amazing 16th birthday house!

Celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. Chose it because it was spacious and on the beach, loved it because it has everything. No reason to leave the compound. The property, owner and staff were pronominal!

38th Birthday - Dinner on Beach

We had a group of 12 stay at the Via Marsalla for four nights in January for my birthday. I've stayed at the Pedregal over a dozen times, and the fact that this property was right on the beach made it one of a kind. We worked with the property manager Amanda and had a catering company come through the last night to do a nice stringed light dinner on the beach. All in all it was a great trip! Lots of amazing pictures near the rocks on the beach as well! Enjoy.

30 Year Vow Renewal

My dream was to bring all of my kids (ages 20-26) to celebrate our 30 year Anniversary and this Home made the trip spectacular. The Home is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. the kids choose to stay home rather than go to town for dinners. I am a frequent traveler and I would recommend this property because the location was very safe and the team provided was wonderful.

Great Vacation Property

We had a lovely time at this property in Cabo. Positives were its location on the beach, the quality of the staff and amenities of the home. We had two elderly parents with us so the number of stairs within the home was a little bit of a challenge but that was specific to our family and not at all a negative to the property. The beach outside the house has quite a dangerous rip tide so please be careful with younger children. Pedregal is beautiful but given this home’s location in the community it is a little difficult to make quick trips into town. All in all a great trip and a wonderful property.

Wedding

Villa Marcella was beautiful and a magical setting for our wedding that exceeded our expectations. What makes this villa a 5+ rating is the Property Manager, Amanda, Fred, the owner, and the team on site (Alan, Leo and Mimi). All were helpful and attentive, and I am not sure how we could have hosted so many guests without them. A hurricane passed through the weekend before and the team worked so hard to prepare the villa for our arrival. Apart from the beach being washed out, you had no idea as the villa was in perfect condition. We booked the villa for 5 nights and had family and friends stay with us (17 total). Everyone had enough space to find a moment to themselves or to gather in the kitchen area, sitting room, or outside. We lounged by the pool, gathered around the firepit at night, and had a great time. We arranged for two meals to be prepared by Alan and Leo at the villa...one on arrival night as everyone was tired and the second on the morning of our wedding. The food was awesome and we had enough leftovers for days. Our stay at the villa and having our wedding here was top shelf! Hats off to the team at Villa Marcella! Thank you!

Magical, Majestic Villa Marcella

A long postponed stay at Villa Marcella due to cancelled flights after the hurricane and it was worth the wait! The owners were so accommodating in our reschedule even though the Villa itself sustained no damage. From the moment you enter the light filled villa with a 180 view of the ocean, you are relaxed and well taken care of by Adrian and the staff. The rooms each has its own air conditioning control, so all can sleep in comfort. The small fridge in the bedroom was stocked with water, tea and beer at our request. Adrian cooked us gourmet meals each night and shared recipes and cooking techniques. He went almost daily to the fish market and store for fresh finds. His BBQ Jumbo Prawns and Enchiladas were a huge hit but no meal was less than exceptional so leave it to him and you will be happy. His raspberry vinegarette, churros, bananas foster and other specialties were just wonderful. The girls never left the house except a quick trip into town for the Kentucky Derby and some shopping, and the boys had a ball catching a 140lb marlin on the GoDeep boat with Captain Frankie set up by owner, which Adrian then cooked up to perfection.The house is perfectly furnished with lots of comfortable chairs that face the ocean which because of the storm in New Zealand had huge sets of waves we could watch all day. This is not a swimming beach and caution should be noted, don't turn your back on the waves. But it is a nice long, safe, wide walking beach. We decided it was the most reasonably priced luxury vacation we had taken. Other than rent, we paid about $20pp/day in food, Adrian for Cooking and Tip. Recommend contacting Costco and having them pull your items so when you or Adrian arrive, they will just load it for you. No running around the warehouse or waiting in line. Since house at bottom of a hill, good hiking/running was available right outside the door. Bring a espresso pot as they only have a coffee maker but it made great coffee.

Great Trip!

I brought some of my employees down to stay at Villa Marcella for a little R&R and they were blown away by the home, the beach, and the food the house chef cooked for us. The entire Villa Marcella team, along with Amanda, made this a very special trip. I will defiantly be bringing my family back. The house and staff were amazing!

Great Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Marcella. The staff was excellent and the location with the view is unbeatable. We sat for hours on the patios just looking at the ocean and waves. Very relaxing.

Incredible home, incredible staff

There’s not one bad thing to be said about this property or staff. I’ve vacationed one pedregal multiple times and have had great experiences, but this experience was unlike any other. We had a crew of 15 and the house never seemed Remotely cramped. From the breathtaking views from the home, to the staff, to the private beach, we were in awe for 5 straight days. Everything in the house worked, nothing was broken, and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this house to larger parties 1000/1000 times. I will definitely be back! Thank you Amanda for the incredible communication and making everything a breeze.

Villa Marcella July 2019

Wonderful property and attentive staff. Spent the week with friends and had an event for roughly 25 people (dinner right on the beach), and everything came off beautifully. There's a beautiful beach that comes right up to the back patio stairs (don't try to swim in that surf!), and it almost felt private. For the whole week, we probably only saw a dozen or so other people walking around. Just a great overall trip.

Magical experience in every way possible

Our experience at the Villa Marcella began way before checking in. Amanda and Fred are great to work with, providing first-class service from the beginning. My wife and I chose the Villa as the location for our wedding based on the size, accommodations and proximity to the beach. Our wedding week was fantastic, having both her and my family stay at the Villa, with our friends at a hotel nearby. The staff is great, quickly becoming part of our family. Waking up each day, having listened to the waves crashing all night is the best way to start any day. Our wedding was magic, and the guests were in love with the atmosphere. I would highly recommend Villa Marcella and we hope to return one day soon. Thanks for all your help, it was a please to work with you!

Absolutely breathtaking Villa Marcella

The Villa was gorgeous and immaculate. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Perfectly arranged for our large group of 11 to have dinner, play pool, enjoy the bar, watch movies, and relax on the terrace and watch the beautiful waves, or slip away to a quiet place to read. The location on the beach had very few people, the set back gave us privacy at the pool. We felt very safe at all times at the Villa. We had the most amazing service from David our concierge, Benjamin our chef, and Carmen who kept everything clean each day. Benjamin is amazing in the kitchen. We ate most meals there 3 times a day and each was creative and delicious. I truly don't know why we ever went out. The few times we did we all said to each other--Benjamins food is much better than any restaurant. David took care of every need we had from transportation to setting up a snorkling trip, to serving dinner. He and Benjamin even went with us to Costco! Perfect hosts at our finger tips at all times. Carmen made everything fresh each day. We did not lift a finger. A week went by way too fast. We made such great memories. Villa Marcella was magical and worth every penny!!

Stunning Mansion on the Sand- Truly Created our Fairytale Wedding

Like many others, my wife & I were married at Villa Marcella in June. It was literally the most amazing day anyone could have possibly asked for. We had exactly 100 guests and it was plenty of room for everyone. We even had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they've been to, BY FAR. The staff was amazing the whole trip, and we opted for the chef services. Benjamin made us breakfast every morning at the time we requested. Don't sleep on the French Toast! The best thing about this villa though is Amanda, she was out of this world helpful. We relied on her throughout the whole process, and she was very responsive & always went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. We still keep in touch with her today & have even discussed hanging out next time we're in the Bay Area. We rented the other two villas as well for our guests, and they all had rave reviews themselves. They even make comments about how we have to do a reunion trip in the future. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, and I can personally guarantee that you will not find a better venue in Cabo San Lucas if you're trying for an intimate, beach wedding.
