It has a window ac unit in main area and fans located in each room, shower outside of the home,and a kitchen with hot plates,electric frying pan, and other electric cookware to cook with, a full size fridge and grill outside! Enjoy grilling outside while you watch your family around the campfire. Salt Springs Recreation is near by for swimming , Silver glen and Lake Kerr is near for kayaking and boating. The yard is huge so bring your boat or kayaks!
