The property was as advertised. The pool was relaxing, and the grill / kitchen met our needs. We were also a quick car ride to the beach.Host was very helpful when some of our party arrived in the area early the first day and they were able to get in a little early so their bags didnā€™t need to sit in a car for hours. Would recommend.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and adults too. The location was also great, with beaches, shopping, restaurants and groceries all very close to the house making the stay that much more enjoyable.

2025 Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this home! My family had a total of 8 adults and 5 kids. This property had enough space for all if us. The family area was great for the kids while the adults enjoyed the upstairs living space. The pool was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals as a family. The beach was just 5 minutes away perfect location! Would definitely stay again!away. Perfeaway.

Beautiful house and Amazing host

The house is absolutely beautiful and was just perfect for our girls trip. It is in range of plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach is minutes away! The host is amazing and very accommodating, she was available if we needed any questions answered. We had such a great time! Will definitely be back again!

Birthday Getaway

This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, and parking to host 14 people with a very beautiful backyard and the pool was nice and warm!! Kitchen has all you need, plenty of linens and towels not to mention the beach is very close to the home. The host also responds quickly if you have any questions. I have no complaints and it was exactly what we needed!

Awesome House

5 stars. The place was 100% as advertised and worth every penny. Very clean and roomy. My family had a great time inside and out. One thing that hopefully the owner will look into is some of the dining room chairs legs were a little lose and we were afraid to sit on them in fear of breaking them. Will be booking again next year.

Amazing vacation!!!

We had a girls week at Alyssaā€™s home, there were 6 of us and we had such an amazing time! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the Blackstone Grill was a huge plus! We spent most of our time in the gorgeous backyard and the heated pool was lovely! Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was super clean! Alyssa was a wonderful host and gave us lots suggestions of places to go in the area. She even sent us a personal masseuse to the house and we all got massages at a reasonable price! We will definitely be back again for another family vacation! Thank you again Alyssa for your wonderful hospitality!

Family Beach Vacation Summer 2025

We had a family beach vacation in Pinellas County. The property is a close drive (5-7 mins) to the closest beach. St. Pete Beach is about 20 mins drive away. In general, the property is ok. There are things I think could be better. The front & garage area can use some cleaning up. The kitchen has a few cookware, but very minimum and very worn/used. We didn't use the dishwasher, but it seems to be hanging on its leg. Even the trash bin's top is broken off. We were not bothered by these, but a few things are not what we should except, so I couldn't rate it a 5-star. We also had trouble with the in-wall A/C unit in the bedroom on the lowest level of the house. It was not blowing any cool air, so the couple who slept in that room had a pretty warm 1st night. I contacted property management the following day and they were able to get a technician to come out and resolved the issue (pumping freon) later that evening. So the pros are: distance to the beach and property management responding to issue.

Not quite what we were hoping

First off, we have to say that the property manager was excellent. Alyssa was a pleasure to work with, and tried personally to address any of our issues. It appears to us, that the property owner is unwilling to keep the property updated. There were several problems, starting with the pool being dirty and 68 when we arrived. Many of the chairs in the kitchen are unsafe to sit on, the top rack in the dishwasher is broken, and many of the toilet seats are either loose or coming off completely. In hindsight, we probably wouldā€™ve rented a different property for the same amount of money.

Not great! Really would not recommend thishi property!

Dinning room chairs broken other people talked about broken chairs and theyā€™re still not fixed. I donā€™t understand why this Home is still on the Vrbo website??? When your grandchildren have to ask you ā€œis this a broken Chairā€ before they sit down to eat breakfast thatā€™s a problem pretty ridiculous!! They should have some kind of standard of fixing things that are broken.Back yard messyā€¦ lots of small sticks and leaves all around, one big branch on side of yard every visible! Umbrella tipped over Back yard landscape needs some TLC old dead branches not very pleasant to look at Does not look well maintained. It seems that someone shouldā€™ve came and blown off the patio deck and clean the pool the morning that we arrived! They clean the house a couple of weeks ago (maybe) after the last person checked out, but someone should have went to see what condition the pool area is in, knowing how many trees are in the backyard! Dishwasher top rack doesnā€™t pull out, apparently other people have complained about the dishwasher in other reviews, which is very disappointing that itā€™s been six months and they have not bothered to fix it. if that wasnā€™t enough the dryer wasnā€™t working!

Stayed for four nights in July with eight adults and four children. Nice neighborhood. The family shared that the beds were great. We loved that the living room had a super big sofa that accommodated lots of us and also that the kitchen table was able to accommodate most of us as well. Another added bonus was the Blackstone flat top grill. The men loved that! The pool and the outside area are just lovely also with great seating. Indian Shores Beach is less than 10 minutes away and it is just a beautiful beach. Our host, Alyssa, was terrific. We had a few concerns and questions and she promptly got back to us all the time. So nice to know that someone is there for you when you ne d. overall, a very nice house. Enjoy!
