Convenient Convention Center location
Great condo conveniently located within walking distance to the Convention Center. This condo is very large and equipped with all the amenities needed. The host was amazing, there was a very scary incident that took place with others in our party but who were not staying with us in the building and as soon as he heard what was happening he immediately came to check on us to see if we needed anything.

Shabby Not Chic
The apartment looked shabby chic online with some industrial building aspects. In person, the property was considerably more worn. There was a hole and poorly patched hole on the walls in the bathroom, area rugs were very worn with some damage, and it smelled pretty badly. It was dimly lit along with the rest of the building. There were only one or two of some kitchen items, so if up to six people were to stay they’d be sharing a glass or two and a spoon between them. My largest concern was safety outside the building, especially at night. There were safety patrols one night and a building guard, but that did not appear to be standard operation. I got conflicting codes for accessing the building but was successful getting in. I could not reach the host by email or the property charlt hut was able to get help by phone with one of the access codes. While in poor shape the apartment was clean and there were no bugs (someone stayingin another unit had bugs). It was also very quiet.
